Dr. Jeff graduated from Syracuse with a degree in Economics. He then went on to SUNY Buffalo to earn his doctorate in dentistry and orthodontics. Dr. Jeff is married to Dr. Amy, who currently practices dentistry with Childrens Dental Associates. He has two beautiful children Amelia and Jake. When not downing bags of Peanut M&Ms or applying Burts Bees Lip Balm, he can be found enjoying one of his many hobbies. These include fishing, hunting, crabbing, clamming, spearfishing, skiing, cycling, gardening, and cooking with his wife. Additionally, Dr. Jeff is world-renowned for his unique perspective on quality orthodontic treatment results and clinical efficiency. An internationally sought-after lecturer, he has presented worldwide on Digital Orthodontics, Facial Esthetics, Efficient Early Treatment, Orthodontic Treatment Mechanics, and Clinical Efficiency.
In June of 2014, Dr. Mike DePascale graduated at the top of his class from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, NJ, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (DMD). He went on to complete his 3-year orthodontic residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, MD and graduated with a Masters in Oral Biology in July 2017. During his time there, he researched the importance of assessing facial harmony and balance in addition to the teeth, something that he always focuses on when treating his patients. He had the privilege of being trained first-hand by one of twelve original Damon Champion orthodontists. As a result of his unique experience, his treatment philosophy involves using state of the art Damon braces, minimal appliances, and light forces for more efficient and comfortable tooth movement. He is now an educator on Spark clear aligners and is passionate about making his patients' smile transformation simple, easy and fun while looking amazing in the process.

I say it time and time again, the best experience ever. They make me feel like a part of the family, everyone is kind and very professional. They always tell you everything about your treatment every step of the way, and everyone is well educated on the treatment plan before they get to the seat.

They come through for me... Gave a reasonable monthly plan that fit my budget. I haven't been this happy with my smile since I was a kid and a hit to the face made a negative impact on my bite... Now, my teeth are beginning to align, in the moments where i lower my mask to drink water and end up with a smile, I feel confident about the way it looks. I'm a singer, and smiling at the crowd is important to me because of the way it lights up the energy in the room... Kozlowski is a game changer

The whole staff is AMAZING! Super friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything not only to myself but to my two 7 year old girls as well. The office was very neat and organized. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The staff was amazing from the moment I called to make an appointment. When we were arrived for our appointment, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. When one of my daughters was upset about not getting braces, they let her help the orthodontist and gave her a goodie bag to make her feel better. While my other daughter was getting braces put on, her anxiety hit and the girls were amazing calming her down and moved at an incredible speed to make her more comfortable. Our experience was overall phenomenal and I would recommend this office to anyone! As a mother, I couldn't be happier with how my kids were treated.

My experiences with Kozlowski Orthodontics in New London were always positive. I am a terrible patient and I'll admit it. I cry almost every time there is someone in my mouth but they were always making me laugh. I never cried there and they always eased my nerves by helping me giggle and explaining how things would feel. Would recommend them to anyone.
