Dr. Kozicki has been my dentist for over 25 year's, he, and his staff are awesome people. He cares deeply for my dental fears, anxiety from that dreaded drill lol.... He, and his staff have been a blessing to have as my dentistSincerely Jodi

I am so dissatisfied and disappointed beyond belief in this dentist. I've been waiting for dentures I paid for out of pocket for seven months that not a single person has gotten right. It has affected my everyday life having ill fitting dentures already in. I paid 1300 dollars and it was my xmas present. To get new teeth. I cant eat most days and I watch people around me sit and have dinner with their family. While I drink some ensure to solve the hunger. . After talking to other dental offi ces ever single one said it should never have taken this long. So when I requested a refund so I can go somewhere where maybe I have a better shot at some teeth sooner rather then more waiting. He got angry with me and told me theres something wrong with me because I finally lost patience. All he could think was he sank 700 into this already and I said I put 1300 dollars my xmas present into this. And still nothing. Not even close. I even said fine give me the remainder amount and I will save up again. I now have to go through the BBB to see if I can get the remainder of my money left. I just cant believe it. If the job cant be done it's okay to say you failed and arent able to meet the standards. Rather then berate someone and be greedy.

Dr. Kozicki and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. My son is under his care and his staff does their best to work around his challenging school and work schedule. He has been under Dr. Kozicki's care for just over a year now and we are very satisfied with the quality of care that he has received.

We have been using Dr. Kozicki since we moved here from NY almost 9 yrs ago. He is a caring, intuitive and excellent dentist. My dentist in NY used to have to give me at least 3 shots to numb the area and it would take at least 45 mins to work. Dr. Kozicki gets the job done with 1 shot and it works in less that 10 mins. His office staff is kind, friendly and always ready to help. If there is an emergency they fit you in quickly, no waiting for days. I highly recommend Dr. Kozicki to anyone looking for a good, competent dentist.

Posting for a friend ****Horriable dentist!!!! Piss poor time management, customer service? HA! Good luck! Never had a dentist say "you need to sign this release because during your root canal, I might not get all the root" and it will take 3 visits to complete the procedure. WHAT??? SERIOUSLY? Oh yeah and were booked a month out so it will be 3 months before your root canal is done. This place is a joke! You're better off going right down the street to the new centerburg dental center. This place is nothing but an unorganized cluster of morons.
