I recently attended an esthetic injectable course through the Academy of Dental and Medical Anesthesia in Seattle, WA where Dr Kotary was one of three highly qualified and skilled instructors. He taught our class many effective methods of Botox administration for esthetic concerns and pain relief and excellent techniques for dermal fillers including, but not limited to, highly sought after lip filler injections. He provided AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL lip filler to multiple people during the course and taught me to do the same! Not only did I leave the course feeling confident in the skills I learned but, I knew without a doubt I learned from the best of the best. Dr Kotary is highly knowledgeable, skilled and professional. If I ever need any of the procedures he specializes in, you better believe I'm flying across the country from Seattle to Charleston to see him and I'd recommend everyone I know to do the same! Thank you, Dr Kotary! You've gained a mentee for life!

FANTASTIC ! I interviewed 4 implant doctors besides Dr Kotary in the Charleston metro area ( not chains like Aspen ,but oral surgeons ) and ,interestingly they all charged exactly the same $...humm ! Anyway Dr Kotary was more reasonable and he does both the surgery and the building of the permanent bridge.His clinic is new and spotless and his associates are knowledgeable and warm .You get his undivided attention ,he does not flit from room to room...The whole procedure was painless and safe ...On a scale from 1-10 I would rate Kotary Implant center a 20 ! PS the robot is very cool and very precise ....

I had the best experience here. I am I student and I needed a quick fix after a dental energy. They stayed late AFTER close to help my situation. They were the most kind and helpful. I'm very pleased with the result and happy that I chose them!

I received treatment at Dr Kotary's center and was absolutely impressed at the level of surgical expertise this doctor possessed. I am personally going to fly my parents to him to receive implants after what I experienced. I am a physician and felt reinvested in the private sector of health care as I left his office. His dedication to a clean and precise surgical environment along with bedside manor is unmatched.

Dr. Kotary & his whole team are implant experts with or without their robotic unit. The wonderful bedside manner makes any experience in the dental office enjoyable. Not only can this office do implants, they are experts in Botox, Filler, PRP/PRF & Kybella. I cant recommend Dr. Kotary & his staff enough!!!

My experience at Dr. Kotary's office was wonderful. I normally do not enjoy the dentist, but Dr. Kotary and his staff made me at ease. The professionalism, skill and expertise was extraordinary. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone. Will definitely return to his office in the future if I need more work done. Thank you Dr. Kotary and staff.

Wow!!!!! Dr. Kotary and his staff are hands down absolutely amazing people!!!!! Because of my past experience's prior to arriving at Dr Kotary office I was extremely anxious and nervous about having my tooth extracted and my implant put in..... but upon my arrival Dr. Kotary and his staff put all my concern's to rest immediately and made sure I was 100% comfortable And in a world today were personable experience's are not companies top priority that is certainly not the case at Kotary Robotic this staff goes above and beyond and take's that extra time to explain step by step in DETAIL with what to expect and what the procedure would be like Extraordinary is the word I would choose to describe Dr. Kotary and his team THANK YOU

He is one of the best implant doctors in the US. Not only he is a professional doctor but also he take care of his patients. My father did half the implant process 5 years ago with him back when we were in state college. Then after 5 years I called his office to continue the work and he agreed and finished the implants. The work was a piece of art. Recommended!!!

I broke my crown on my front tooth, which I've had done over 20 years ago to the point where my local dentists said I had no choice but to get an implant. I'm a Film and TV actor and was really distressed talking to my local people in Philadelphia area because they were saying it was a 4-6 month process and obviously had concerns with the quality of work with my profession. Thank goodness I stated my dilemma on Facebook and one of my friends suggested that Dr. Kotary in Charleston was the leader in Robotic Dental Implants and the process was far superior and quicker than traditional methods. I consulted with Dr. Kotary and was confident with his plan. I drove down to Charleston (10 hours drive) and had the procedure yesterday. The process was surprisingly painless (I AM THE BIGGEST BABY WHEN I COMES TO PAIN AND ESPECIALLY DENTISTS) and I literally felt well enough and drove back home that day. I woke up this morning and have relatively no pain from the procedure. I should be back to normal in 2 months versus the 4-6 months the other dentists were stating. His office was first class and his staff was wonderful. So, i can say the extra effort in traveling was well worth it. I will be happy to put a followup review once the process is totally complete. THANK YOU DR. KOTARY!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I had a bone graft placed, and he did a stellar job. I have had my mouth looked at for oral surgery by at least 3 other oral surgeons, and I was told it was very unlikely that the surgery would be successful. Dr. Kotary gave me hope when he took in my case, and so far I could not be happier with the results. He did an amazing job placing my bone graft, and he and his team have done everything within their power to make this a great experience. In addition to being an amazing team, they really take your finances into account. Dr. Kotary went over all of the forms of treatment he could offer to me with estimate prices. Once I had decided on the treatment I could afford, his team also helped me devise a plan to finance and pay for my bill. Truly a great experience. I can say without a doubt, I have not had a better experience within the medical field. In summary, everyone is super nice and helpful. Treatments are affordable. Superb treatment and care. Not really much else you could ask for. This is the easiest 5 star I have given in a review.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Kotary and the staff at Advanced Dentistry! My 2 teenagers are getting Invisalign and Dr. Kotary takes the time each appointment to answer all their questions and make the experience fun. Dr. Kotary placed 2 implants for me and I could not be happier with the outcome. I'm now considering another implant and maybe even Botox (which they now offer). The office is beautiful, relaxed, and I can even get Starbucks coffee in the office while I wait! It is an A+ experience and I have an A+ smile to prove it. Highly recommended!!!
