A graduate of the Columbia School of Dental and Oral Surgery, Dr. Kornhaber has maintained a private practice in Port Washington, N.Y. since 1983 focusing on Restorative Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the dental honor society and the Nassau County Dental Association. Upon graduation, he was selected to become a faculty member at his Alma Mater in the Division of Restorative Dentistry.
As an Associate Professor of Clinical, Dr. Kornhaber has enjoyed teaching future dentists for 25+ years. In addition, Dr. Kornhaber expands his education and expertise by completing numerous hours of continuing education yearly.
Dr.Kornhaber received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 2007. He then went on to complete his Masters Degree in Oral Health Sciences at Boston University. Dr. Kornhaber graduated cum laude and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2013 from the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. In 2014 hecompleted a General Practice Residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset.
He continues to advance his dental knowledge by taking part in a variety of continuing education courses and study clubs. Dr. Kornhaber is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and theNassauCounty Dental Society. He takes pride in providing the highest quality of dental care to his patients. Using innovative techniques and the latest technology Dr. Kornhaber strives to provide the highest quality care in a comfortable and relaxed setting.
