Unfortunately Having a bone graft was the most painful thing I have ever experienced in my entire life ( even worse than multiple spinal taps) however Dr. Webber was very attentive and very responsive when I reached out in order to help me with issues I was having after the procedure was over and even months later she showed her compassion and attentiveness when I asked where I was in the process for the next step. I loved Dr. Webber's office staff, the office environment and her assistants were very nice and welcoming. when I returned later to discuss advancement in my treatment plan for my implant that did not go so well. In August 2021, I had an office visit and received an estimate for two implants totaling $4190.00 ($2095) each after seeing DR. KHIN MIMI SAN. I sent CJ the Treatment Consultant my 2 insurance cards. I was advised by CJ that she would be more than happy to send a preauth to my dental insurances that day. Almost 2 months later on 11/09 I asked for any update on this. CJ replied they had already submitted to one of my two insurances but the other insurance they claim they didn't have the plan information on. I advised them I gave them both current insurance's info on 9/15. They replied that. I was correct and they would follow up with me in 10 days Fast forward to 12/27 I sent an email and asked if there are any updates on my last inquiry and i never heard back regarding whether my 2nd insurance BCBS would cover any of these costs for this procedure. Basically I was forgotten about. That was my experience. I still am in need of both implants.

Awesome team of caring professionals who gained my trust instantly. Doc Salzberg was very welcoming and informative. And Karen was extremely effective in making my deep cleaning painless and rather enjoyable and I must say I look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to all.

I just had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted and Dr. Weber and her team did a phenomenal job, from the initial consultation all the way to the surgery day and follow ups. The office was so warm and welcoming and on surgery day Dr. Weber and her team made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Everything lasted an hour and went smoothly. I think they did a pretty excellent job because my pain throughout the whole process was very minimal which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Weber and her team of professionals if your looking for a great dental surgeon.

Im nervous about all types of oral surgery. Meeting Dr. Webber for the first time and her staff was beyond amazing. They were friendly, explained exerything I had questions for, and made me more than comfortable for the actual surgery. Due to spring break being so busy, I understood that my appointment would be some weeks away. However, they are true to their words when they add you to a possible cancelation list. So i was able to get the work completed and what surprised me the most was I didnt recieve a call from the office but from Dr. WEBBER herself. Love this place and will recommend to everyone. Thanks!

It was painful but they doctor made me comfortable and ensured that my pain was as low as she could get it. The work i needed done was done within a hour. 3 wisdom teeth i had to get pulled 1 was grown in under my gums so it took more work than the others. But the did an awesome job.

The entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly. When Dr. Webber performed my surgery I didnt feel a thing she numbed the area in question very well. I would definetly return to the office I highly recommend them
