Efficient, handles your needs and requests promptly! I have dentist Dr Joe...even if you don't like going to the dentist, he will at least make your experience funnieee! Kool dude

My personal experience at Konikoff Dental was really nice. A wonderful dental hygienist by the name of Hollie really made the difference. We spoke about numerous scientific subjects and she's a good listener. No waiting time and excellent service

I had to change my sons dentist due to out of network issue with the previous dentist. My son was there last weekend for a first time cleaning appt. He was not cooperative at all but they handled really well and got the cleaning done. Front desk had a very warming personality especially maria at the front desk she is awesome. I definitely recommend this place.

After being told that I didn't owe any thing for my last cleaning appointment, I received a $ 60 bill and was told that my insurance didn't cover it ???? I left a message and received no reply. After calling again and speaking with Madison, I asked if they could waive this fee as a one time courtesy, and I was told that the office manager declined a one time courtesy. Its pretty bad when all my family members feel the same about their deceptive billing practices. After several years as a patient, me and my family will now be taking our dental business elsewhere.

While the providers are great, the billing department is awful. They give you a quote upfront but then don't stick to it. I keep getting random bills. Why give me a quote if you are not even going to be close. They corrected a bill and removed a charge, then when I returned they added the charge back on. I called the billing department twice trying to get things figured out, they do not answer and do not return phone calls. Do not go here unless you want huge bills. We will be looking for a different provider. I'm so tired of dishonest medical practices.

Most professional dentist I have ever been to. They respect my time and are very courteous and knowledgeable. They explain everything they are doing during the entire visit. I highly recommend them! In fact, I recommended them to my boss. Now she is a client too!
