During a time when Customer Service is unfortunately declining, I found a star in the Office Manager Jolyn I shared my concern and she resolved it completely. Additionally and most importantly she returns phone calls. Thank you Jolyn.

The day before I was set to leave for deployment my crown fell out.....in a panick I contacted Konikoff ajd an amazing woman, Catherine G., was on a mission to help my urgent need. She was able to find an appointment for me that day at the Battlefield location. Had it not been for her dedication to my emergency, I would have been delayed leaving for my mission. She is an angel in disguise! Thank ypu Catherine and Konikoff for saving the day!!!!

Me and my sons were patients here for about 4+ years. The staff is very unprofessional, lacking communication skills and quality customer service. We stayed as long as we did because the 2 dentist we had were phenomenal. And when I had a hygentist that was rude and unprofessional, I was assigned a different one that was more professional. The reason why I gave 1 star is because I was quoted a price for dental work. But after the work was done I was charged a higher price. The lady pictured above is the billing agent that illegally accessed my credit card. She made a mistake in the quote, that she didnt realize until after the work was done. I understand mistakes happen, but the way she proceeded was very alarming. She illegally accessed my credit card and saw that I had enough to cover the bill. I told her that I was only paying the amount we agreed to initially and I wasn't paying anything more than the agreed upon amount. She told me she wasnt paying it either and that I could afford to pay it. And that I had more than enough on the credit card to pay it. When I alerted the office manager of the issue she swept it under the rug, did not acknowledge the illegal measures and unprofessional tactics the scamming lady used. The manager fixed the bill. When returned for a teeth cleaning, this lady was still working there and managing accounts; MY ACCOUNT still. If this lady has ever dealt with your account, if I were you I would go back and throughly inspect your invoices/bills.

Who is the best dentist at Konikoff for teeth reconstruction? My 11 yr old daughter needs both her broken front teeth redone. Its been a year for root development. Next phase is full repair. Please help with suggestions. I want her front teeth to look perfect and natural.

Friendly staff, all experienced & hands down to make each visit as comfortable as possible.. Taking care of your Dental needs & getting you in & out in a fashionable time. It's great seeing them all work together & the smiles on their faces.

This place is ok. I've had a different dentist every time I've gone, which doesn't bother me but it also doesn't make me feel like I'm getting the best attention. The service is usually quick but the level of thoroughness depends on the hygienist. I really do not like that I have to pay a $10 PPE fee because of covid. Why is it my responsibility to pay for the employees PPE? $10 each visit is insane. And I sometimes feel like unnecessary products are getting pushed like a mouth guard that costs $600.

Every 6 months I look forward to going just because of Lisa. She is not only great at what she does and takes the necessary steps to make you feel comfortable, but she is an absolutely wonderful soul. Ask for Lisa, you will be forever happy!

I just had my second visit and I really like it here! When I first visited in February, I was anxious because I hadn't been to a dentist in a while due to an unpleasant experience. Lisa made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly to me. She was extra cautious with the sensitive areas of my gums and made the experience painless for me. On my second visit, she did the same! I look forward to returning next year for my next routine dental cleaning. I would definitely recommend Lisa and this office to anyone! You will not be disappointed. This is a great dental office with a really great atmosphere!
