I took my Spouse here because he was suffering with a severe cellulitis abscess the staff was EXTREMELY EXCEPTIONAL... from the administration, nurses and medical assistant! Doctor Ford was very detailed, professional and quick! He did an amazing job! He is the guru of dentistry! My spouse received immediate relief! We are so thankful for the entire experience!

I hate going to the dentist, I had a bad experience at Advance Sedation Dentistry located out Virginia Beach..... so I changed Dentis, went to Konikoff located off Battlefield they were very professional I felt welcomed there, zero issues I will be going there from hear on out.....

Thank you for nothing. I had a first time appointment at this office for a tooth cleaning, the hygienist did everything but clean my teeth. Spent way too much time taking x-rays, followed by stabbing my gums and inflicting supreme pain. Only to send me on my way telling me to call a periodontist. I will not and do not recommend this dental facility. I will never go back. They expect someone whom has had their teeth for over 50 years to have the same teeth as a 22yr old. My point is I asked for my teeth to be cleaned and the service was not provided. But I am sure that they will charge my insurance company for a cleaning.

I have had a really wonderful experience at Konikoff. I needed extensive cleaning and I just came in and was super honest and never once did I feel judged or shamed for my teeth. I was met with understanding and care and it's really refreshing to feel heard, because you don't always get that everywhere. My hygienist is sweet and friendly and genuinely concerned with my comfort anytime I'm in her chair. She answers all of my many questions and reassures me if I can't remember what procedure she's doing and she absolutely cares about my pain management so she can give me the best experience. I would definitely recommend Konikoff based on my experience. Thank you!!

Great customer service. The dental hygienist was professional and patient with me. She made sure to constantly check on my comfort level during my regular cleaning appointment. The office staff made sure to contact me prior to my appointment to get my approval that the dentist would not be there for my dental appointment and gave me the option to keep the appointment or reschedule.

I went to konikoff dentistry about a month ago and I had the best experience there .. from getting scheduled to being seen to checking out Kara the receptionist was so outgoing and so welcoming made me feel right at home I also saw her helping other patients with things just going above and beyond .. same the finance coordinator was great also with helping me with the financial aspect ! I highly recommend
