Dr. Li and the staff at Kona Ohana Dental are Amazing, friendly and professional. Dr. Li is very informative and gentle they make you feel comfortable plus they got massage chairs!!! They were very accommodating on seeing me on short notice. I absolutely love everyone there they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this office.

Excellent experience! Very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. I had a terrible toothache and needed quick relief. I was not an existing patient so I am very grateful that Rachael was able to get me in within an hour! Dr Li is awesome ! He gives very clear step by step explanations and has a very gentle technique. I am very happy to have found our new dental clinic.

On the first day of our vacation, I began to experience extreme tooth pain. After multiple attempts at getting an emergency visit scheduled, I called Kona Ohana Dental and my vacation was saved! They set me up with an appointment only 1 hour after calling and immediately addressed the issue and allowed my girlfriend and I to enjoy our vacation. I would 100% recommend this office, the staff was so caring and efficient. They only get 5 stars because that is the most I can give! Wonderful people, beautiful office, and friendly, compassionate service. Thank you, Kona Ohana Dental!!

My father went 3 time for the same molar that fell the day after they supposedly fixed it. They charged him $$$ money just for a cleaning... Honestly we will never go back.

I love Kona Ohana dental! I have seen Dr. Annemarie Muramoto and Dr. Li and I love both. They are kind, skilled and professional. They are up front about all charges and procedures and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I came with a really bad tooth pain I couldn't even chew. Dr. Li was kind enough to squeeze me in even though they were very busy for the day. I had an amazing experience, kind and professional staff. 100% recommend.

I broke my tooth right before Christmas holiday and I called at least 7 dental offices in Kona but no one can see me anytime soon because I am not an existing patient or they are completely booked out. Dr. Li's office is the only office that are willing to give me a same day emergency appointment. Even tho they extremely busy that day but Dr. Li and his staff took time explained to me my treatment options and answered all my questions which then I choose to extract the tooth. He was able to extract the tooth that was causing me so much pain and discomfort on the same day. The extraction went smoothly and he even called me the next day to check on me ! The amount of caring and kindness in this office is incredible! Thanks to Dr. Li and his staff that I have a pain free Christmas!

Just before Christmas I broke my tooth, I called a lot all of offices but they don't take new patients,but finally I found here,the doctor is very nice and fix my tooth just before Christmas ,thanks for them I can have a painless holiday.

terrible service. i have never had any dental problems before coming to this office, suddenly teeth that dont hurt need root canals and crowns. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.

I went to kona ohana dental as a new patient . I was greated with a warm welcome upon arival . It made me feel right at home and comfortable with my choice picking a new dental home .I was able to establish a treatment plan and begin right away . Dr. Li did an amazing job and I couldn't be more happy with the same day crown service. If you are looking for a dental office with a skilled Dr. quality care and a great staff look no farther !

I was visiting Hawaii and needed and emergency root canal and crown. The Mani Lani Resort recommended I call Dr Li. I called Dr Li after hours and he was able to see me the very next day and performed the root canal and crown work. He was very knowledgeable, professional and did great work. His staff was also professional, friendly and very helpful. If I lived in Hawaii, he would be my dentist. Thank you Dr Li!

Best Dentists on island! I am not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but the entire staff, Doctor Mark & Doctor AnnMarie make the entire process very comfortable. The office always has a positive, happy and fun energy which is very welcoming. Doctor Mark & Doctor AnnMarie are very informative and display a high level of professionalism. They also have a great connection with their staff, which I personally like. My appointments are always on schedule, the entire office is very clean and up to date. I highly recommend inquiring with their office if you're searching for a new dentist!

For a first visit, everything went really well. Dr. Ann Marie seems extremely knowledgable, caring and professional. Her initial exam focused on every.single.tooth. She pointed out things about my teeth that no other dentist has ever explained. I had been visiting a different dental office in Kona and was treated like a number, made to feel like they didn't really care and were more concerned about how they would be paid than my health, and Dr. Ann Marie Muramoto was the opposite of all that stuff. Plus, she came highly recommended to me by a personal friend, and I can see why now. Thank you, Dr. Ann Marie.

Terribly disappointed with these people. From the hygienist that tried to convince me fluoride is found naturally in all water sources to trying to be sold a cleaning for $700. On top of subpar dental work and no one explains any procedures. Their claim to healthy removal of metal fillings is a joke also. They are clueless. Sorry but just being honest about my experiences.

The staff at Kona `Ohana Dental are outstanding - Drs Mark and Ann-Marie Muramoto are knowledgeable, skilled, conscientious and compassionate. The clinic staff are professional yet friendly - it really feels like family. Supported by the latest technology and an efficient front-office, this team has been looking after my teeth (and those of my family) for over 20 years. I can't imagine ever wanting or needing to go anywhere else for dental care. I do not hesitate to recommend Kona 'Ohana Dental to kama`aina or malihini alike, and while they always have room for a regular patient on short notice, I know they often bend over backwards to accommodate island visitors with "emergency" needs.

Drs. Mark and AnnMarie Muramoto and their staff are amazing. I look forward to my dental appointments now! Friendly, fun, knowledgeable, and prompt. I can't recommend them enough.
