Dr. Sheppard fixed my dropped crown nicely and quickly. I'll move to another state soon. Otherwise I will just redo my crown here. Even the assistant is very professional, too. From the first phone call till the end of the whole experience, all the staffs are warm and friendly. I was informed with every step very clearly,too. Wonderful service!

Personnel, equipment, office very efficient, pleasant and modern. Dentist very enthusiastic about doing a crown. Would have appreciated knowing the floride treatment was almost $40 before getting it. Hygienist said if I had any dental insurance, the crown estimate would be considerably less. I do, and it was still the maximum charge. But, all in all, a good experience.

Called with a dental issue. Got an appointment for the same week. Treatment was provided the same day. Pleasant, smiling staff. Dentist was very kind and explained the procedure. Having to go to the dentist is not something most people look forward to. With Kona Coast Dental the experience was almost a pleasure.
