My daughter and I had a good experience but I noticed that one of your staff is lacking of communication to her patient's parent. First of all, she didn't introduce herself. I knew her name 2 hours after the procedure only when I looked on her name plate. She was giving a lot of instructions to my 13 year old daughter without telling me as her parent. My daughter is only minor and even if she understood all the instructions, parent should be with the child when you give instructions no matter what. Parents signed the consent and did all the payments so staff should let their parents know what's happening cause they're the one responsible.

By far the best ortho office around! Maria and Tina are amazing . The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Kolody is informative and conservative in diagnosing treatment which is awesome when you have lots of littles needing braces.

He helped me through the time with my braces. He and his staff always greeted you with your name and "How are you doing?" Their checkin system was not flawless, but nice and easy to use. The clientele was skewed to the 6 to 12 year old but the staff still treated its older clients (me included) nicely. My aunt and uncle were even able to sit in on my debanding.

My daughter and I have been visiting this office over the last 2 1/2 years, always clean, always friendly staff. Dr. Kolody truly understands our needs and handled every visit with great professionalism. I would recommend this office to anyone with Ortho needs! P.S. ~ We love his movie posters!

I am very pleased with the Staff and DR Kolody. Dr Kolody is very attentive and professional. He called to make sure I was doing ok after my braces were put on. I am very picky on who I see as any doctor and I am definetely satisfied.
