I was very impressed with the Covid safety measures in place at the office. Called in to an empty waiting room, masked receptionist, sterilized ink pens, temperature taken, etc. Doctor appeared in mask and full shield and I felt at ease removing my mask for the examination. I was there for a referral to IU Dental School due to my extreme lack of any upper jaw bone and large areas of lower jaw bone also non-existent. Dr. Grider was so kind and courteous. He looked at my x-ray from 2019 and indicated that I should be evaluated on a complete dental restoration that includes my lower jaw in order for me to ever close my mouth and chew properly. Promised me to handle my paperwork first thing next week. He was supportive and not at all resentful of my wanting an evaluation from the dental school. This true professional will definitely attend me and my family members from now on.
