Dr. Kohn is a graduate of the SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, where he received first-rate training in all aspects of general dentistry. He attended residency at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center and completed the NYU Post Graduate Implantology Program. He is a second generation dentist and was inspired by his father throughout his childhood.
Through a combination of state of the art technology, sensible treatment plans and genuine devotion to the unique needs of each patient, Dr. Kohn preserves healthy teeth and gums, alleviates oral discomfort and improves the appearance of smiles on a daily basis. I have been a patient of Dr. Kohn's close to 20 years. I've had a lot of work done prior to coming to Dr. Kohn and he is the best dentist I have ever visited. Major procedures (root canals, crowns, fillings) I've performed with him are generally less/not painful and his work completed with an extremely high degree of quality. He's a real artist of his trade. Dr. Kohn provides a thorough diagnosis after each visit. I walk out feeling better and knowing way more about teeth than when I walked in. He and Diane are great people who are really concerned about their patients' well being. I always get a follow-up call to see how I'm feeling. He also just moved to a new location. It's a great location, super accessible, beautifully designed, and has all the latest state-of-the-art dentistry gadgets and gizmos. Very cool. I could go on and on. To sum up, I highly recommend Dr Kohn for all your dentisty needs.

I would rather have a mammography or a colonospy than have Dr. Cohen work on my mouth. The prices are inconsistent from each visit. They only accept a percentage from the insurance if he chooses to. I am getting calls for the doctor's office to schesttotosschedulescappointments. WHY!!

I just had my second appointment with Dr. Kohn and spent more than 3 hours in the chair. He is extremely patient, explains very clearly what he does every step of the way. I spent nearly three hours in the chair and the procedure was almost pain free. I expected to be in pain after the numbing agent wore off but I was wrong and have had no pain at all. I had been to my regular dentist a few weeks ago for a cleaning and checkup buy wanted a second opinion. I am glad I did since Dr. Kohn did a much more thorough exam and pointed out problem areas that the other dentist didn't even mention. He does all parts of the procedure himself so you know you are getting top rated care rather than from an assistant who may have started a week earlier. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Dont trust this guy. all he cares about is submitting false claims to insurance company to get the most he can get, never is transparent about cost or what he's actually doing. lies about procedures and doesn't change his gloves! EW!!! Save yourself the trouble and run Away FAST! all good reviews are his family members. Dont fall into the trap. Insurance fraud !!!! Soon he will have a lawsuit on his hands.

All I can say is that WOW he is the best! My son has Autism and Doc. Kohn has a gentle and understanding touch. He is now my family's one and only dentist!!
