Dr. Kohlmeier is a graduate of the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Emporia State University Go Hornets!
Ryan grew up just down the road from Emporia, in Cottonwood Falls, KS. He and his wife, Tyla, have 3 children Cade, Cal, and Cora. Ryan is a member of the 12th Ave Baptist Church and enjoys serving there and in the community. Some of his hobbies include hunting, fishing, woodworking, and simply being outdoors.
Chandry, a native of Emporia, enjoys spending time with her family. Her husband, Brandon, works at Simmons and together they have a little girl named Chesney. The family stays active enjoying the outdoors, attending Quarter Horse shows and gravel bicycle races.
Emily is a graduate of the Flint Hills Technical College dental hygiene and dental assisting programs. Prior to this, Emily earned an undergraduate degree in psychology at William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri. She received a softball scholarship and played there for four years. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association.
Emily grew up in Miami, in northeastern Oklahoma. She spent the majority of her youth playing many different sports, showing cattle, and being active with FFA. She was recently married on October 3rd, 2015 to Johnny Waechter. Together they have several pets that they love dearly. She enjoys being outdoors, trail riding in their off road vehicle with her husband, andalso loves to watch any type of competitive sport.
Jessica was born and raised in Emporia, KS, and comes from a large extended family. She has three children with her husband, Francisco. She looks forward to attending her 15 yr old, Rosario, and 12 yr old, Cristians soccer games. She also has a 4 yr old son, Isaac. As a family, they enjoy traveling to Mexico to visit family.
Ciara graduated from Marinello School of Beauty in 2014, where she realized her love of aesthetics and client interaction. She joined our office in April 2018, where she enjoys making sure each patient has a seamless experience.
Ciara was born in Southern California and lived there until her family moved to Lyndon, Kansas for her elementary school years. After marrying her husband Matt, the couple moved to New Mexico for a short time before returning to Matts hometown of Emporia, where they look forward to raising a family. Until then, they enjoy spoiling their furry familytwo dogs and one cat. In her free time, Ciara enjoys playing instruments (guitar and flute), singing and spending time outdoors.

I will admit, I went to Dr. Kohlmeier because he is an ex-pro baseball player/pitcher, but after being there several times, they all treat me very well, and I always enjoy going there, of which I never used to say about a dentist appointment, lol. Chandry does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Sorry if I misspelled it Chandry. And today I suggested that my cousins go to Dr. Kohlmeier.

My experience at Kohlmeier Dental was great, today! Courteously greeted at check-in, and quickly admitted into the chair. My hygienist, Chiandra(sp?) was friendly, communicative, efficient and gentle throughout my teeth cleaning. I didn't have to wait long before Dr. Kohlmeier came in to complete the exam with his assessment of my dental health. His practice runs smoothly and efficiently, making you feel comfortable and well-cared for. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Minimal wait time, modern facility. Jenny's The Best hygienist who's been taking care of me for more than 20 years. If that weren't enough, Doc is a gentle professional whose top concern is his patients' wellbeing. If you're lucky enough to be his patient, you're in good hands.

The dental assistant was very nice and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth Dr.Kohlmeier is very careful in his examination of the teeth.
