My kids are so comfortable with this place and people. All staff from up front to all in the back. They are friendly helpful and always so pleasant... Great atmosphere. I trust they are really caring about the patients..

I can never get them to answer the phone and they like to push patients off without a care in the world. They care more about the money than the patient.

I literally hated their workers and they are rude and inconsiderate of everything and everyone.

0/10 for our experience. My 4 year old daughter had a terrible experience at Knoxville Pediatric Dentistry - Bearden! She went for a teeth cleaning and we were told she had 12 terrible cavities. They were going to put crowns on all 8 of her molars. They were going to send her to childrens for surgery to have her teeth fixed. The wait time for her to go to the hospital was 12-18 months. My daughter also has a bad gag reflex. Dr Jess seemed to get frustrated with her when she didnt want to keep her mouth open due to gagging so much. Dr Jess got frustrated instead of kindly walking her thru the process and telling her it was ok and she was doing great. Dr Jess didnt seem to have a good personality for dealing with kids. The heigenist was great with my daugter and even let her sit up for her cleaning due to her bad gag reflex (don't remember her name). But Dr. Jess wasnt a great pediatric docotor. Also, they did not even take X-rays after telling me she had "12" cavities. We left KPD that day my daughter wanted to cry. She felt sick too. We got home and she threw up from so much gagging (she wasnt sick any other time and didn't have fever or any sick symptoms). We got a second opinion 2 days later at Smoky Mountain Pediatric Dentist in Alcoa and our our experiences were like night and day! Smoky Mtn Pediatric did such an amazing job!! We left SMPD and my daughter was actually smiling and happy! And we found out she only had 8 cavities (7 minor and only needs 1 crown!). Big difference between 12 and 8! Will never take any of our children back to KPD and would not reccomend them! If i could give 0star I would, but it has to be at least 1 star to leave a review. I am including pictures to show the differences in what the 2 offices said about her cavities. The KPD opinion is on the blue screen. The second opinion from SMPD is on the white screen. Dramatically different! Also, SMPD can fix cavities in office. KPD refused to fix her cavities in office and said she had to go on the waitlist for the surgery at the hospital.

Just had our first experience at the Bearden location and it was a wonderful. My son saw Dr. Perry and hygienist, Lisa and they will be our go to every time. They understand these are kids and we are busy parents and perfect teeth are not always our(parents & kids) top priority. My son is very laid back and always a good patient no matter where he is at, but he was extremely relaxed here. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our little people!

Good dentists, however it's almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone when calling the Farragut location! My three boys have been patients for 5 years or more and I'm beyond frustrated. The only message I get when calling is a general message of they are busy helping someone or it's after business hours. I've left messages but don't always get a call back. I've had to visit the location once just to make an appointment. I do not recommend.

I have been coming to this dentist for over 15+yrs and never had issues with my oldest daughter. Dr. Bo townsend was her dentist until she was nine or ten and then Dr. French took good care of her through her teen years. So I decided to bring my second child to this dentistry. Dr. Bo was her dentist until she turned nine and they switched her to a female dentist. This is the turning point of this happy experience. This lady dentist is hands down awful with time managment and communication. She is not gentle or tactful with children at all. My second child enjoyed coming to thus dentist until they switch her dentist to this lady. When the lady dentist did her filling, the first thing my daughter seen was the needle and now she absolutely hate going to the dentist. Dr. BO assistants were very friendly and you pretty much seen the same people but now you do not see the same people and the friendliness and communication skills of the lady dentistry team is just as awful as her time managment. I have given this lady over a year to change my mind and she is getting worse. I was thinking she is new and she has to gain some experience and she will get better, that has not happen yet. I literally spent 90minutes at dentist for one filling were Dr. Bo or Dr. French would have me out in less than 45min.

If you value your child's health do not Use this dental office. Lowest standard of care, they will watch an infection spread and refuse to take action. They said my child was too anxious to treat, you are a pediatric dentist and you are not equipped to treat small children? The only reliable service they can offer is billing you.

Don't recommend at all. Dr. Jay was rude and unconcerned about my 2yr old sons teeth. His words was until he can set still and let me work on him I'm not doing anything. If they get infected we will have them pulled. What kids dentist says that!!! Not going back!!

What an amazing office! My daughter is Autistic and this was her very first dentist visit! I was so nervous for her, but all of that went away when I met the staff. Every individual from reception desk to Doctor was outstanding. Very sweet, understand and COMFORTABLE with special needs children and that is HUGE for me! My daughter was treated with the utmost care and respect for her comfort level. I just can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you Amanda, she is a superhero when it comes to being a hygienist for children

Worst experience! When I called to make an appointment with the farragut location they referred me to this location because they were not taking new patients. When I made an appointment I was never told where they were located or that I would need my insurance card. Then when it came time for the appointment I was never called to remind me of the appointment. When I finally arrived I was then told I needed an insurance card. I never received one from my employer. (Mind you I've never had cards for any of my dental insurance in the past and all the dentist offices I have been to in the past just looked it up) I told the worker that I didn't have one and she asked who it was through and another worker snickered when I answered. I was told I either would have to go call my hr ( didn't have the number at the time) or pay full price. Very unprofessional and absolutely no help. I would give zero stars if I could.
