At our practice, our patients are the heart and soul of everything we do. We have dedicated ourselves to providing everyone who walks through our doors with nothing but the most comforting, beneficial, and rewarding dental experience imaginable.

We appreciate our patients, and we let them know this by sending out notes and cards for birthdays, anniversaries, to say thank you, and to get well soon. After major treatments, we give our patients a call to check in with them and see how they are doing. Showing our appreciation for the trust our patients put in us for their health care is something we never take for granted, and we always strive to make sure our patients know just how much they mean to us.

I'm the biggest dental baby on the face of the earth!!! BOTH Danaca and Dr. Cook are fantastic and I actually enjoy seeing them and getting work done. Thank you for your care and professionalism!!

What's not to love about the dentists, hygienists and office staff at Knowlton Dental Association?!! They are so thorough, informative, accommodating and friendly! I learned more dental care tips and ideas in one visit than I did the entire 15 years of going to another dentist in town. They take the time to explain everything, including your bill at checkout! You'll feel right at home here. Do not hesitate to switch to this family dentist today!o

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I called as a new patient with painful tooth issues, and they scheduled me immediately. Thank you!

They are not well versed on the insurance end of things. Have had multiple issues over the years with this office. Make sure you know your coverage. Of note, some dental claims can be covered under your medical, they are not quick to tell you that or to submit. My husband went for a cleaning. Ended up they did other things and then told him there was no time for his cleaning, that he would need to schedule another appt. They should have done what he scheduled first.

Not all dentists in the office are under the same insurer. Scheduled a new patient appointment and got paired up with an out of network dentist, found out day of and my alternative was paying the cancelation fee. Great practice.

Came in as an emergency with a cracked molar with cold sensitivity recently. Dr. Cook did a real nice job with the filling and her assistants were friendly and helpful. Recommend highly.

They are just inconsistent in how they act towards people. Unfortunately I have a personal issue with this facility but it will not be reflected in my review. The Covid-19 precautions are outstanding. It's clear that they care about the well-being of each and every one of their patients. They do everything by the book no exceptions. They do work on kids. But, this wouldn't be my first recommendation to take your children to. The overall feeling of this place is that of a library. It was a suggestion at one of my family's appointment that I might need to leave the building because my younger child crawled across the floor loudly. They appeared to be family oriented since on multiple occasions they had to bring their own children to work with them.

The dentist office has been my least favorite place for many years, until now. This is the most wonderful dentist office I've ever been to. The whole experience and especially all of the staff I couldn't have asked for better. I came home from my first visit telling my husband how great they were that I made him an appointment there also.

Scheduled appointment as a new patient. Went into it thinking I would get a cleaning, but instead received sales pitches for a sleep apnea test, a mouth guard, and nonsense dental deep cleaning. They billed my insurance for hundreds for x-rays, stabbing my gums, a doctor stabbing my gums again, a green laser cancer detector, but no cleaning. They nicely commented how my teeth needed cleaning, but they ran out of time before they could clean them. I should come back for two more visits to get them really cleaned. And I should really consider a $600 mouth guard (hmm, I'm still thinking about that one). Is this the new normal?

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to for this. I had a horrible time at 2 previous dentists over the past 2 months. They spent maybe 5 minutes with me, and seemed like they couldn't wait to get to the next person instead of informing me of what was going on with my teeth, bite, etc. I called Knowlton and within 2 days I had an appointment. The staff there was awesome, friendly, and actually cares. Dr Ed has even called me to make sure I was ok after a procedure. That is what I call incredible service, and will be sending my whole family there.

First off I will say this office is absolutely awesome! I will state that I have avoided the dentist for YEARS! They are so caring and kind. I was an emotional mess and they handled me well lol. Every single person in that office is so friendly and NOT JUDGEMENTAL, which is what I needed. They made me feel comfortable. Huge thanks to Dr. Cook and all of the ladies who assisted at every visit! So happy I found this dental office!

As far as a dentist goes, this was probably the best dental expirence that I've ever had. Most places can NOT get me numb enough and the shots are horrible... Here he (Dr. Ed) had a technique that made me feel very little while numbing... There was a friendly and amazing staff, music in the room and a sense of humor... Great experience as god as it could be!

Wonderful dental office! Staff is super kind and wonderful. Dr. Ed is fantastic. I have such a fear of the dentist due to so many bad experiences I have had in the past, but Dr. Ed makes me feel at ease and always makes sure I am ok and in no pain during whatever work is being done. So glad I found this office a few months ago, and will continue to get my dental care here for now on! Thank you! You guys are fantastic!

First time client at Knowlton. Very professional and hospitable front office staff, along with all employees. As someone who has avoided the dentist for quite some time, it was nice to know that I would still be given the same time and attention as anyone else. I live about 45 minutes away, and it is worth the drive for the peace of mind, knowing that I will get quality service. I recommend Knowlton Dental Associates to anyone who is looking for a personable dentist!
