Ive been to Dr Prince.. Im 53 he is not only great person hes really going make your right ..and his asisantant is super smart and know more than any one and does evertthing to help you , and the Dr just does his operation and ther work well together , she doesnt need any insruction at all so smart..He is a really good surgan just relax and dont be a cry baby.

LOOK FOR ANY OTHER DOCTOR This review is far less important than many of the others that discuss the wrongful actions done by Dr. Prince, but I wanted to share my interaction. I honestly wish I could give this place a zero star rating, but unfortunately that's not an option. I will say he is not my original Doctor. I had to go to him because my regular one was on vacation. For context I had just had my wisdom teeth out and woke up a couple days later in a major amount of pain leading me to make an appointment. My first visit I arrived in severe pain and ended up going back crying. When Dr. Prince entered he was laughing and quote said "oh does it hurt". I found it to be very condescending and rude, but his assistant took it as a joke so I stayed quiet and said nothing. I honestly left in worse pain than when I came in, but I will say much much later it did resolve the pain. I went back for my second visit with my mom even though I am an adult because something just didn't feel right during my first visit. I also wanted her there since I appear as a 13 year old because I am very petite and wanted her support. The assistant takes me back and removes what they placed in my mouth. The assistant immediately said I could leave. I then asked if Dr. Prince would come in and take a quick look to make sure everything is going well in the healing process. She goes back and talks to him and comes back seconds later saying I'm good and to leave. I obviously was not pleased and asked again. She again said you're good and gestured me to leave. I understand he must be busy, but this would've taken less than a minute. Then I walk into the waiting room and immediately present the problem to my mom. The assistant immediately tells my mom I'm all good and to leave. As I'm heading out the door because I honestly I didn't want to stick around I hear her scoff as if I'm an immature child. An important part of being a Doctor is patient care and I would've left feeling so much better if he had just taken the couple seconds to take a look in my mouth. Unfortunately my concerns were not heard and I was not taken seriously. End of story I encourage you to look at the other reviews because this Doctor seriously needs to be reviewed and probably put on probation if that is an option.

I was already nervous about my visit today so I had to take deep breaths before coming in to the office.. Upon arrival the front desk staff was very welcoming. They made sure all of my information was collected before seeing the dentist. I received x-rays then escorted to my room. The nurse was very warm while speaking to me about my dental issues. Dr Sandford prince came in my room and the aura of the room immediately shifted. He was not warm or welcoming! Almost as if he had a chip on his shoulder. He came off very condescending and talked to me as if I was a child or slow to the point I didn't feel comfortable talking to him. I was already stressed and frustrated about having my teeth removed and as a doctor he should have understood this and had a better doctor to patient attitude with me. I don't recommend this place or him as physician! He's too old for this behavior . Comes off as another bitter black man! Disgusting

Do not ever go to this office . I went to him for a removal of a reabsessed tooth he recommended that we take out the wisdom tooth also. I am 44 years old and was not told that that was a dangerous thing to do. He removed the teeth long Story short he Calls permanent nerve damage because of his neglect removing the tooth. I have since had to go to UT and have 4 surgeries a nerve graph my mouth wide shut my jaw broke And my jaw Sold in half to repair the damage and still have no feeling back He has also refused to give me part of my medical records especially the one of the phone call where he refused to see me back because I had to go to the ER because my face was so swollen my eye was swollen shut 1 month after his visit.So he gave me permanent damage and has Not offered no money back will not cover any medical bills so I am $50000 in debt now because of his neglect. And I can't get a lawyer because Tennessee has passed so many laws that apparently doctors and dentists can damage you and not ever have to pay for it. Although I did file an official complaint with the board of dentistry

Dr. Prince is one of the most rude and arrogant people I have ever came in contact with I was apprehensive about getting dental work based off of my previous experience I was and I was unsure of how much time I needed for recovery I didn't want to get it removed little while ago so dr. Prince told me it was ok to come back when I was ready so today I came back and it was like dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde i don't know what issues he is having bet I think he needs help he walked in to the room rude and patronizing and he was not understanding at all he told me " you need to man up and get it done , this is your last appointment be a man " I told him I felt if he was being condescending he said no I not be a man your an adult man up , do you want the work done or not , I replied yes but I think I should go somewhere else , he said well gitty up and walked of yelling I think this man needs serious help! I hate to think a man with this bad of a temper working with sharp objects especially on people ! Just beware!

This place is top notch. I recently come here to have my wisdom teeth removed. From start to finish the process was easy and professional. They made things as comfortable as possible for me as I am terrified of dental work. The day of my surgery I was in and out within an hour. Recovery time was fast and almost painless. I highly recommend this place. Wonderful people.

I can honestly say that this was the best dentist appointment I have ever had. The staff was very professional when I arrived and made me feel more at ease and more comfortable throughout the whole time I was there. Doctor prince was amazing and very professional as well. He was the best dentist I've ever went too and I will no longer go anywhere else. All of these negative comments and ratings are bologna if you ask me because nothing they said happened the whole time I was there. The whole staff including doctor Prince was joking and having fun while maintaining a safe and professional manner. He was no where near rude whatsoever and treated me like he has knew me for years. Thank you to the staff and to doctor Prince for everything from getting me in today on a very short notice and for doing everything in the same day and also for making me as comfortable and relaxed like yall did. Thank you and I will recommend you all to any and everyone. 5 stars is no where near enough stars for their rating. I give them a million stars if I could.

I was in need of having wisdom teeth removed. I had a bad experience at one Surgeons office but then I found Dr. Prince. He and everyone in his office are so nice. I had one of/ the broken wisdom tooth removed within two weeks of my consult. After it is healed fully I'll go back to have the other removed, could have done them both at once but the choice was left up to me. I was numbed up well before the procedure started, at the beginning I felt a bit of pain, he stopped gave a little more local and the rest was a painless breeze. I would highly recommend Dr. Prince to anyone needing any kind of extraction. He also does implants ect. As someone else said 5 stars isn't enough.

Had to have an extraction to a cracked tooth, staff was quick, friendly and comforting. Dr. Prince is a good man with a good heart. Thank you for being nice and comforting!

I read some of the 1 star complaints about Dr. Prince and his staff......completely unfounded. They were professional, friendly and accommodating.....and offered gas before numbing the area. I'm thinking that there are folks out there who haven't learned to "adult," and every little thing is a crisis. They confuse "truthful" with "hurtful," and "pressure" with "pain." I've been to many docs and dentists in my life.....I'd say he's one of the best. Highly recommend.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth and 2 molars removed at the same time this morning. Dr. Prince and staff were wonderful! So glad I choose to have my procedure here. I am grateful for them!! I would highly recommend to anyone:)

I was referred to Dr Prince by another dentist to remove a severely broken tooth and a severely decayed tooth when I got to the office I was greeted and a very sweet and professional manner his nurse was exceptionally nice we talked at length we chatted about the areas where we grew up she helped me to become very relaxed and calm when Dr Prince came in we began talking in the same manner he was very very personable and we automatically hit it off . We discussed where he was from, it turns out he was born in very close proximity to my husband. We discussed many things about their life , he was just so so professional and friendly I would never recommend going anywhere else . I know I personally will never go anywhere else Dr Prince was a lifesaver for me.

I was really nervous about going to get my tooth removed this morning and they were so nice and made me feel more relaxed and made my procedure go really smooth. I would highly recommend Dr Pince and his staff to anyone that need a tooth removed.

Dr. Prince was very kind and his words were comforting. I'm normally uncomfortable at the dentist, but between the staff and the dentist I felt very relaxed. I literally didnt even feel the extraction of my wisdom tooth! Hardly no pain afterwards and the healing was a piece of cake. Absolutely recommend this place for oral care!

My step daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and they were just so kind. Kindness goes a long way and we are so grateful! The Dr. Was very nice and so was the staff. Thank you for your help!
