Dr. Edward Knight comes from a long line of dentists. Before he owned Knight Dental Care, it was run by his uncle, and his uncle before him. Serving the community of Midland, MI has been in his blood from the time he was young. Since graduating from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1995, Dr. Knight has been providing his patients with dental care in the Midland, MI area. Offering cutting-edge techniques andusing state-of-the-art technologies, Dr. Knight is known in the communityas a friendly family man who lives to serve the people of central Michigan and surrounding areas. Even though he has been practicing dentistry for decades, Dr. Knight believes it's important to continually educate himself and his staff so they can give their patients the most current and effective treatments they're able to.

I am very happy with the care received from this dental office. My dental hygienist, Denise, makes me feel comfortable, and does a thorough exam and cleaning. Dr. Knight does a careful review, exam, and plan of care. Such a great experience, and it feels wonderful, I highly recommend them.

I've been a patient with Knight Dental Care for almost five years now. Cleaning and care have always been exceptional, as well as service. Staff is friendly and Dr. Knight does wonderful work. Upon checking out I expected to leave without any charges but was informed that their office no longer is in network with Delta Dental. To my surprise there was almost a $300 charge which I was responsible to pay for services. Staff informed me they'd turn my claim into the insurance company and then Delta Dental would mail me a check in the amount to cover the costs. I contacted my insurance today who informed me a check for only HALF of the amount I paid would be reimbursed to me. I was not notified as a patient my insurance was no longer accepted nor was I told prior to the services being provider. If I had known I'd be paying out of pocked for an excessive amount I would not have kept the appointment. When I contacted the office and spoke with their office manager, Shannon, I met with an unapologetic individual who informed me, "I'm sorry I don't know what you want me to say, doctor has been telling people for the last 9 months..." No acceptance of responsibility for the errors on the office staffs part to notify their long term patients about policy changes. I've since had my records transferred to a new office and will not be returning.

Dr. Knight and his team we're awesome today! I had to have a root canal done and I do not numb up! But today I had very little pain and they talked me through my procedure like true pros,like they are! Dr Knight is an awesome dentist! Thank You for taking such good care of me.

Poor practice.. didn't know I have to ask if my insurance is in your network each visit! Maybe you should LET YOUR LONGTERM PATIENTS KNOW "BEFORE" YOUR VISIT AND NOT "AFTER" very disappointed with this office!!

I'm a newer patient and have just completed my second cleaning. My cleaning and care have always been great. Staff is friendly, office is clean, it's terrible trying to make an appointment but so is everywhere in midland. On check out this time I was informed a new policy was in place for delta dental where I the patient would front the cost and delta would pay me directly to reimburse. I was not mailed anything prior, I was not called, I was told nothing of the sorts until it came to checkout at which time they told me "we have known for a while and have been trying to reach everyone we could but you must have fallen through". Great, I had been in the office several times between cleanings and not a word. So even though I'm completely insured my routine cleaning cost me 167 out of pocket, "legally delta has to reimburse me within 7-10 days"...that was 2 weeks ago and have yet to see the check. Turns out they have become an out of network provider with delta and did nothing to tell the patients, I only found out when I complained to delta. Not how you run a buisness, I was very clear when we started seeing them making sure they were in network. I don't care how friendly the staff or how great the care is if I would have been informed my insurance was no longer accepted I would have made appointments elsewhere. I 100% will not return and that is extremely poor and sketchy business practice

Absolutely one of the best Dentist I've ever been to. Just moved to Midland from Texas, so finding a new dentist was difficult. Came here for a molar extraction. Same day appointment and extraction. Thank You! Will be back. Great Prices!

I would not go to anyone else!!! Dr Knight is extremely talented and keeps up with the latest technology! The entire office is staffed with such kind and professional people who truly care! Dr Knight has done some cosmetic type dentistry for me to repair my front teeth and I can't believe what he can do! I recommend this practice for everyone from children to elderly patients!

Taylor cleaned my teeth recently and she was quiet but gave me both positive and negative feedback that was needed. I appreciate a hygienist that tells me what I am doing well and where I need to improve. I also appreciate not having a lot of small talk as I am a very quiet person myself. She is gentle when she cleans my teeth which helps my anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. Knight pulled a tooth for me over a year ago and it was so quick and painless. Top notch office from the front desk, to the hygienists. to the dental assistants, to the doctor. I cannot say enough good things about the practice.
