Dr. Kaci Tibbetts is a native Texan from West Texas. She earned her bachelor's degree at Texas State University in San Marcos, TX and then advanced to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The University of Texas - Health and Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Tibbetts also completed additional training with a residency in Advanced General Dentistry.
Dr. Tibbetts is an active member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Women Dentists, and San Antonio District Dental Society. In her free time, Dr. Tibbetts enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her friends and family. The loves of her life are her three dogs: Maxwell, Nigma, and Rizzo.
Dr. Robyn Adams is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She was born and raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2012, she and her family relocated to San Antonio after longing to be Texans for many years. Prior to moving to San Antonio, Dr. Adams owned her own practice for ten years in New Wilmington, PA. In her practice, she performed all phases of general dentistry including composite fillings, crowns and bridges, partials and dentures, cosmetic dentistry and implant restorations.
Over the years, her extended family relocated to Texas. When she had the opportunity to sell her practice and move closer to her sister, she leapt at the chance. Dr. Adams fell in love with the city, and enjoys meeting all of her new patients here. When she is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys watching her daughter dance and perform in many productions at her college in New York City. She also enjoys playing with her small zoo at home consisting of 3 dogs and 2 cats, and spending time with her family and friends.

From your first step through the doors to your last step out the doors, you know you're in excellent hands at KLT Dentistry. Let's face it, no one REALLY likes going to the dentist, but in KLT Dentistry it's more like spending time with friends who just happen to be experts in the field of dentistry. My first point of contact is usually Roxy. With a smile and a warm "hello," she always greets me by name even before I given it. As she checks me in, she's asking about my teeth, my pain, if applicable, or anything significant I think Dr. Tibbetts should know. That way my she has the most up to date information before I'm even in the chair. And let's not forget the very competent, and effervescent personalities of the dental assistants. Whether it's Allison, Maria, Valarie, or Yadria you're in the capable hands of professionals who put you at ease, make you comfortable, and work size-by-side with with the dentists to ensure all runs smoothly and efficiently. And you know what's amazing? They remember what you need or like. For example, the treatment rooms can be very cold so you ask for a blanket. The next time you enter a treatment room, a blanket is already there just waiting for you, as is the music genre you selected from your previous appointment. It's the little things they do that put you at ease. It's amazing. Before you even schedule an appointment, whether it's for a cleaning, a filling, a crown, or something more invasive like grafting or transplants, Corina, one of the patient care coordinators will break down the cost for you so you will know how much your insurance will cover, versus how much you will have to pay out of pocket. I like that because there are no surprises on the day of your appointment. If it's a cleaning you need, look no further than KLT Dentistry because that's where you'll find the best: Nahed and Rebecca. Nahed, my Registered Dental Hygienist, is the "queen of cleaning," and a no nonsense, "this is what you need to improve" expert. My teeth are healthy, strong, and 70% less sensitive today. I no longer cringe when it's time for my next cleaning. I'm so fortunate she chose to work for Dr. Tibbetts. If you find yourself in need of a periodontist, Dr. Hania Alkudmani has joined the practice. I'm one of her patients. When we first met she performed a very thorough diagnoses and when she went through the results she did so in phases. I liked that. I've completed Phase I, am presently in Phase II, and soon will enter Phase III. I'm extremely pleased with our progress to date. In all my years of going to the dentist, I have never encounter a more professional and committed staff, and it all starts with Dr. Kaci L. Tibbetts. She's the leader. The two most important qualities I looked for in a dentist were the ability to communicate to me, and the end result. Dr. Tibbetts excels in both these qualities. She knows that her patients did not go to dental school so she doesn't explain procedures using confusing, mind numbing dentistry speak. She explains using language that is easy to understand and she ask pointed question to ensure understanding and retention. That's one of her gifts. Her other gift is the quality of her work. She's a perfectionist. Her standards are high and she will never accept "that's good enough." She gives 100% to each and every patient. She's approachable, personable, and a true expert in her profession. She has my respect, as well as my admiration.

Absolutely wonderful staff, amazing facilities and and Dr. Kaci will take amazing care of you. Lisa was a delight during my cleaning and literally has silk hands, not a single moment of discomfort. Highly recommend even if you have to travel from far away lands, worth the trip!!

This Dental Practice is the greatest!! The staff are personable, funny, very informative, and they make sure they are doing the best for the patient! The staff are all pleasant and take the time to interact with you even if they are busy! Roxanne is the BEST! She was instrumental in getting me on the right treatment plan for the work I needed done! I really feel I should have been a part of their practice years ago! THANK YOU KLT for your caring attitude! It's not just the toothbrush that makes things better!!

From the front office ladies to the dental assistants and finally the dentists, this is hands down the best dental practice and dentist I've ever been to! Dr. Tibbetts and her staff are phenomenal! My one and only gripe is that it took me so long to find you guys.

Dr. Kaci Tibbetts and her team are wonderful. This was the best dental experience I have ever had in my life. From the moment I walked through the doors of this beautiful establishment, I was greeted by a very friendly, professional and caring staff. On my first visit, the dental hygienist explained everything as she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Kaci Tibbetts makes you feel as if she's known you your whole life. She has the best bedside manner and put me at ease when performing my Dental Care. I didn't even feel it when she had to numb my mouth to fill a tooth. I highly recommend anyone who has had a previous bad experience at a dentist's office to someone who is just looking for a dentist to go to KLT DENTISTRY. YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY YOU DID. This is a new dentist visit for me after moving back to San Antonio. From when I made the appointment to when I left the office I was thoroughly impressed. My reception went well, Becca, the ace hygienist was fantastic. She explained each and every step of the checking and cleaning process including pricing. Dr. Tibbetts was friendly, yet very professional. I bet her dogs have the cleanest teeth in town!!! ;). These folks make going to the dentist as fun and easy as possible. There's a very nice aura that is felt when you're in their care. And no high pressure sales tactics. Thanks for a great and fun experience. I will spread the word for sure. 10 stars from me!

This is honestly the best dental practice I have ever been to. I've been seeing Dr. Tibbets for years, and she's amazing. Dr. Adams is amazing as well. Everyone in this office is so kind and positive throughout the entire experience, from the front desk to the Dentist herself. Rebecca the hygienist is incredible at her job. I don't know how she is so gentle doing cleanings. I used to live right around the corner. I moved to Schertz over a year ago but I still make the trip because I love this practice so much. No matter how much everyone at this office is getting paid, it isn't enough. I have never had a negative interaction of any kind.

Dr Kaci Tibbetts Office Mgr. Corrine was very rude and has no business working with the public. Sonia the person that supposedly handles the dental insurance does not return phone calls nor does she know how to call the patients insurer to inquire on the new patient's dental coverage.
