Dr. Angela Kling has lived in the St. Louis area since she was a teenager. After graduating from high school and college with a Bachelor of Science degree she taught high school Chemistry. Although she loved teaching, after a few years in the classroom she felt a desire to join her father in his orthodontic practice.

Dr. Kling feels there is great satisfaction in being able to provide this service for adults who have chosen Orthodontic treatment for themselves and for children and teens who are learning to become responsible for their dental health.

Patients throughout St Peters, MO, appreciate receiving comprehensive care when visiting Kling Orthodontics. We understand that orthodontics is an essential service to improving oral health, both now and in the future. Straight teeth are not only beautiful, but are also more functional and less likely to become infected. It is easy for crooked teeth to trap food, bacteria and plaque between them and make it difficult to clean. At our office, we can examine the mouth and recommend the necessary treatment for a healthy and perfect smile.

Our orthodontic services revolve around straightening teeth and aligning the bite. When people have an overbite, underbite or crossbite, it can be difficult to eat and speak clearly. These types of situations can also negatively impact self-confidence and appearance. A jaw that is out of alignment can also start to hurt and cause pain in the face, jaw or neck. When a patient is undergoing an orthodontic treatment, we focus on aligning the bite at the same time. We align the bite by using rubber bands. The rubber bands are strung from a top bracket to a lower one, holding the jaw in the correct position. We can then train the teeth to remain in the right place over time, with a variety of oral appliances from braces to retainers. By treating bite alignment while also straightening teeth, patients receive comprehensive orthodontic care.

Modern orthodontic technology gives patients multiple options for how to straighten their teeth and improve their smile. In the past, people had to wear clunky metal braces. Now, metal brackets and wires are much smaller and take up less space, allowing for more of the natural tooth to show through. Braces are also more effective than in the past, straightening teeth faster than ever before. Additionally, aligners are making it possible to straighten teeth without anyone being able to see that the treatment is taking place. Orthodontic services are more accessible for adults as well. A patient does not need to be a teenager to receive this treatment.

Adults who want or need a straighter set of teeth may dread the idea of having to wear braces again. Afraid of what people will say to a grown man or woman wearing braces, some may avoid the dental treatment they need for straighter and healthier teeth. Fortunately, there is a clear option to help align ones teeth without being obvious about it.

EZ-Align is the affordable aligner solution that can straighten teeth without alerting others to the use. Patients may not need to bother with metal wires, ceramic brackets or other forms of braces and can use a no-hassle solution. With EZ-Align, cleaning is not difficult as patients can remove the aligners and clean separately.

Patients may believe that products like EZ-Align are too good to be true. In reality, EZ-Align is a simple but effective process. While metal braces are still effective, adults will greatly benefit from EZ-Align. At Kling Orthodontics, we understand that patients may have a few questions about EZ-Align.

What is EZ-Align?EZ-Align is the clear aligner that can straighten teeth through a tray-style system over time. Customized for each individual, EZ-Align will include a series of aligners that the patient alternates through every two weeks or so. The gradual process will straighten the teeth without pain. Once the time to change to a new set arrives, the patient will switch to another pair of aligners that matches the current state of his or her teeth.

The process to straighten ones teeth with EZ-Align may only take a few months, depending on the condition of the patients teeth. While other methods are effective, EZ-Align has the fusion of both a desirable appearance and an effective treatment method. The system will gradually straighten teeth as the patient goes about everyday business.

What is the process like? The patient will want to visit an orthodontist and see if EZ-Align is the right choice for his or her situation. Depending on the situation, another treatment option may be a better recommendation for the patient. By visiting Kling Orthodontics, Dr. Angela Kling can help discern if EZ-Align is right for you.

Fortunately, the patient will not experience an incredible amount of pain with each new aligner. The only problem can arise if the patient switches aligners too early or does not take care of the aligners. At our office, Dr. Angela Kling will go through all the necessary steps for taking proper care of the teeth and the EZ-Align aligners.

Will EZ-Align drastically alter my life?Patients choose EZ-Align for several key reasons. The first key reason is that EZ-Align is clear and not very noticeable. People do not need to feel embarrassment when visiting friends, speaking at an important meeting or other social situations. With EZ-Align, patients can avoid the long procedure to install metal braces and the trouble of cleaning teeth that comes with them.

With EZ-Align, patients will have no issues removing the aligner to clean their teeth any time of the day. The patient will wear EZ-Align for around 20 hours per day, but can easily remove the aligner as necessary. This effective solution will help patients receive the smile that they deserve, boost confidence and produce a straighter set of teeth.

Regardless of if you had braces as a child or not, teeth can move back out of alignment over time. Crooked teeth are not only less appealing to the eye but can also lead to tooth infection over time. When gaps appear between teeth, food and plaque can become caught in there. If the plaque or food particles are left there for too long, they can lead to infection.

Straight teeth will help to avoid this scenario. An adult who is in need of straighter teeth can seek EZ-Align at our office as an easy, efficient and strong alternative to braces. With EZ-Align, a patient can continue through life as normal while straightening his or her teeth over time.

I went here for braces a few years back. Dr. Kling (before her passing) was a very rude person to deal with. Not only was she a rude person, they all gave consistent issues with practically everything. During one of the normal appointments for tightening the braces I still had 2 molars that happened to be baby teeth. Dr. Kling was looking at them, and without any warning or, maybe ASKING ME, she proceeded to pull those two straight out of my mouth, which were nowhere near ready to come out. All we got from that was a fake apology. Don't come here unless you want to have a constant headache and waste your money.

Don't get me wrong, the staff was nice, the doctor was lovely, and the COVID practices were good. BUT BE WARNED: They wont tell you until you arrive, but Dr. Kling has passed away, so the doctor you'll see is temporary and may not be able to see you again himself. They're looking for someone to take over permanently, and until then it's a bit messy. So minus a star for this weird bait-and-switch. They have repeatedly failed to send my X-rays to the specialists to whom they referred me. It has been nearly a month. It is a simple email. There have been no apologies, just "we'll try, you know, we're busy with COVID." I paid for those X-rays and have had to pay for repeat X-rays because of this incompetence. Definitely minus a star. They have multiple offices, and neither have neither updated their website nor their google profile to indicate the actual hours they will be present at each office. You have to call around the different numbers to try to find them, and they take ages to pick up the phone. Often it mysteriously doesn't even ring and goes straight to a voicemail box that is full and unable to take messages. It literally takes me 20-30 minutes to reach anyone. If someone picks up at a different office than you were seen, they can't access your records. It's clearly just lack of effectivement management right now. So minus a third and final star. I almost never write reviews, especially bad ones... it makes me feel kind of mean and gross. But this is just getting absurd, and I think my assessment is fair and will be helpful to others.

I give this orthodontist 1 star only because of Lisa that helps with contracts and scheduling. I asked to speak with Nathan the owner regarding my daughter's treatment plan and I can honestly say he was very unprofessional and made the most rude remark towards my daughter. I would not recommend anyone coming back this this orthodontist. One bad seed will definitely ruin a whole tree. I really wish I can take this furthur because it was very unprofessional!

I had my braces on for two years had them taken off & one year later my teeth look exactly the same. Mary Jo at the Florissant office is extremely rude although pretends to be pleasant she once told me it was "pathetic" that I lost my job & fell behind on payments. After speaking with another orthodontist I was informed that I could've had a tooth pulled at the bottom in order push my top row of teeth back to give me the results I expected however I was never given that option only told this is as good as it's going to get. Dr.Kling is a very nice doctor but not open to many suggestions good place to go if you want to waste $5,000.

Dr Kling is very rude. She suggested a retainer for me and after a month of wearing it my teeth were still shifting. The only solution she had was to buy a new one instead of replacing it until the problem was fixed. Instead of listening to my concerns or, suggesting other options she said "I don't have time for this" and walked away from me. Her behavior is unfortunate because her staff is incredible! Only go here if you want to spend a fortune and, still have shifting teeth.
