Too much upselling on his "devices" which have proven to do more harm than good. Seems nice enough and uses this to sell sleep studies and cryptic dental devices that enrich him. Pay attention as he asks if you're having difficulty in certain areas - regardless of answering "no" he will still sell you hard on the device de jour. shady.

I think this is the best dental office I've been to. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Klemp is very nice and keeps you comfortable. You can tell he takes much pride in his business, investing money back into the business both into the facility itself and technology. Everything is very updated. When I had my teeth cleaned during COVID, the hygienist was wearing essentially a HAZMAT suit with an internal air apparatus. I felt very safe. Great clinic all the way around.

An absolute unprofessional dentist. First off, my family had multiple appointments last fall that were constantly rearranged by his apologetic staff so he could go hunting.They eventually gave me a Starbucks gift card, it happened so many times. But then, when I had questions about an implant and arrived at my appointment to see how I was healing post surgery, they told me I was getting a CT scan and it would be $500. I told them I wanted to talk to the Doctor first and maybe he could call me instead of taking up his office time. He called really angry, talking over me the entire time, belittling me for not calling him before, or that my husband didn't call him about his crown that wasn't color matched to his mouth, that all my concerns were irrelevant. Man, I've never had a medical professional talk to me like that about legitimate questions regarding surgery and lots of money. An absolutely bully. He is an absolute bully. If you question him,, he goes full tilt. What a nightmare to trust someone like that with vulnerability like dental work.

My tooth still hurst after 2 months of having a crown which cost double what I'm use to paying. Gone are the old days when you have a tooth ache and you can't get it fixed until you have a consultation first cuz they want to squeeze as much money out of you, then weeks later you finally get an appointment. I've never had a crown continually hurt and is so sensitive to cold months later. Will not ever go there again or recommend them to anyone!

So thankful to have a dentist that isn't gung-ho to just start pulling teeth and send a kid for braces. So extremely educated and knowledgeable. Office is clean, comfortable and staff is fantastic!

Dr. Klemp is the kindest, most caring, Dentist I have ever met. He showed true compassion for my Veteran husband, and persisted untill the VA approved him and he got his mouth right. He is Awesome. THANK YOU DR. KLEMP

Just got my teeth cleaned by a caring gentle professional but that is pretty routine at Klemp Family Dentistry. What really impressed me today was the set up they have there to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I felt very safe and that is a rare and comfortable feeling in today's world.

Today Friday 16 Oct 2020 was my first visit to this dentist as a new patient. Went in for exam and x-rays(cleaning scheduled for a future date) and was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming dental assistant named Sydney. She was most efficient in her work and shared very pleasant conversation during my visit. Upon completion of x-rays, the dentist/owner Dennis Klemp arrived and performed an efficient and thorough exam of teeth as well and discussed the high health of my teeth after having not seen a dentist in three years. He also shared pleasant conversation aside from dental topic and was most friendly, courteous and kind! I'm not sure I've ever met someone so kind, caring and very personable in such a high stress job as taking care of people's oral health. The building itself was very nice, warm and welcoming all while being most modern and up to date all with one heck of a view! Young's bay river and hundreds of ducks floating the river was the scenery. Yes this amazing view is what you see when in the dentist chair! All in all, the environment and interaction with the aforementioned lovely people was Stellar!! I didn't feel stressed or concerned whatsoever about a thing! This place and the lovelies who bring it to life are most comforting and soothing individuals. You could not be in better hands anywhere else in Clatsop County! Already scheduled my upcoming Invisalign appointment and very excited to work with these lovely individuals again!

Klemp Family Dentistry continues to impress me with their professional approach to dental care. They keep their skills current with ongoing education and during the visit they educate me about what they notice in my mouth. When I leave the appointment I've been educated on how to care for my teeth between visits. I also appreciate that they give a cash discount.

Dr. Klemp and his entire staff are so caring and gentle. The doctor seems to be able to find a solution to whatever dental problem I throw at him and he's always careful to make sure I'm comfortable and in no pain. If you're looking for a compassionate dentist, you must call Dr. Klemp.

The dr and staff were very kind and helpful. Dr klemp made me feel comfortable through an embarrassing appointment. The view of the water made it more relaxing and pleasant. I wouldn't go anywhere else

They are absolutely awful will not take me as a patient when I've been to this dentist many times. Had an appointment for Thursday the the 27th called me told me they couldn't take me and cancelled my appointment. Plus I believe they are the most expensive in town.

I have been going to Klemp Family Dentistry for 8 years. I moved here from another state and needed a dentist to continue my periodontal treatment. I hit the jackpot finding this practice. From the very first visit I was comfortable and felt confident starting a relationship to continue my ongoing dental problems. I have dental anxiety so finding a dentist that is calming to me is a must. Dr. Klemp is a gentle dentist. He can do it all from basic filings and extractions, to root canals, and crowns which he makes on his 3D machine in house the same day of your appt. He also does bone grafts and implants so I am extremely happy as I have had all of these procedures done with perfect outcomes. I think his staff is top notch too. They are all very helpful.
