Dr. Simmons graduated from the Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas with her DDS degree in 2005. She practiced for several years in Dallas before returning to the Tampa Bay area, where she grew up. Dr. Simmons primary practice focus is general dentistry, including pediatric dentistry, ortho and endodontics. Dr. Simmons furthers her education each year to provide you with the latest, modern advances in dentistry.
Dr. Oldham received her DMD degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2009. While a dental student, Dr. Oldham received a prestigious award for outstanding achievement in crown & bridge & removable dentures and was invited to serve as a teaching assistant in the Prosthodontic Department. Dr. Oldham offers ortho and is able to help high fear patients through IV sedation. She is continually improving her skills through continuing education so she may provide the best care for her patients.
Dr. Weith earned her DDS from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in Chicago in 1989. She then completed a one year general practice residency program at Bay Pines VAMC. For over 25 years, she has placed an emphasis on helping her patients keep their teeth for life and restoring beautiful smiles through cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Weith keeps up with continuing education to provide the best care for her patients.
Dr. Klement graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Kentucky. The same dental school his uncle Dr. Bill Klement, who founded Klement Family Dental in the 1970s, graduated from over 40 years ago. Dr. Klement is very proud to become part of the Klement Family Dental tradition of providing comfortable and convenient care to our patients. While in Louisville, Dr. Klement had the honor of working in an office where he was able to become proficient in fillings, crowns, bridges and oral surgery.
Dr. Combs builds and maintains healthy smiles by listening closely to his patient's concerns and working collaboratively with them to achieve their dental goals. With a keen eye for detail, he combines his artistry with a scientific foundation in the areas of preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. Patients will appreciate his honest, easy-going chair-side manner. Dr. Combs graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He continued his education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry where he received his DMD degree and graduated in the top 10% of his class. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Since graduating, Dr. Combs has also completed over 100 hours of continued education in implant dentistry. When he is not in the office helping patients achieve a beautiful smile, he enjoys playing tennis or spending time with his dog Rupert.
Dr. Rattehalli earned her D.M.D from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine on the Dean's List. While in school, she was heavily involved in the Student National Dental Association, as well as, mentoring pre-dental students. After graduation, she moved back to the Tampa Bay Area, where she grew up. Dr. Rattehalli strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment to address your needs and desires with thorough communication. She is a member of the Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. In her spare time, Dr. Rattehalli enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as reading, fashion illustration, giving back to the community, and staying active.
Dr. Klement received his DMD degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1979 and joined his older brother Dr. William F. Klement in practice in St. Petersburg. For more than 30 years, Dr. Klement has consistently expanded his knowledge and experience by taking extensive continuing education courses, including those in crown & bridge, cosmetic dentistry, and TMJ (jaw pain) therapy.

So thankful I found this office. All the way from the front desk to seeing the doctor, I experienced such great customer service and exceptional dental care. Dr. Combs took the time to get to know me better and truly understand my chief complaint. As a self proclaimed chicken when it comes to the dentist, my first impression and experience was great. Friendly and accommodating staff ...my cleaning was stress free and pain free and all future procedures were explained and prioritized for me to choose a plan that works for me.

I can appreciate that a business has multi-cultural employees working for them, this is America, right? However, on most of my appointments, my dental technician has such a heavy accent that it's difficult for me to understand and respond to their questions, especially when they're wearing some sort of mask. The service is fine with the work they ultimately perform, but it's just difficult for me to understand them.

UPDATE 10/10/22: STILL OUTSTANDING! The moment you walk in the gals at the desk treat you like you are incredibly special! And after a loooong day (they stay open till 7 so you don't have to take time off of work!) that extra "feel" is so amazing! They continue to be friendly and efficient. My only additional comment would be to bring a sweater as sometimes they are so busy they run out of blankets (They have BLANKETS!!!!). PREVIOUS: I took a chance based on someone I used to know using them YEARS ago. I also know they "give back" to the community so that helped. They had a new patient special so I was stoked! I got there early and was IMMEDIATELY greeted (so nicely I need to add) and checked in smoothly. Didn't even wait very long. The whole experience was fantastic. Quick, efficient, painless. They have the GOOD X-rays so it's fast and none of those horrible card things!!! I later found out they are under staffed currently but I tell u would NEVER know. They run better than all other places I've been lately!!! I go back for a cleaning but I am confident that this office (38th) will be my new dentist from now on!

I am now petrified of the dentist. I have Bell's palsy after an extraction going on over a month now no improvement. Two rounds of steroids no improvement. Can't eat,drink or speak properly and am now having eye problems. Not to mention the avoidance, and lack of empathy. Paying for meds, eye doctor etc. out of pocket. I have pictures and videos of the effects of the palsy and now eye problems. I'm speechless almost literally. ADA will be contacted.

Never coming back, I scheduled an emergency tooth extraction here and they set up the appointment a day later - which I waited for, got a full exam done, and then was billed just to find out they had no one to do said extraction. They legit told me it was dangerous and I had a spreading infection and to go home. Note that it wasn't too difficult, they just didn't have someone to do the procedure and never once communicated that to me. Now I am stuck finding another way to get this tooth pulled still after all of that. I'd rate them 0 stars if I could.
