I have had the good fortune of having Dr Laura Klein as my dentist for more than 30 years; that statement is practically unheard of these days. She and her fine staff offer the friendliest, most consistent, most professional dental service there is. All services and procedures are clearly explained and detailed notes are kept according to an individual patients needs, behaviors and personalities. Every effort is made to go above and beyond standard operating procedures; be it the cleanliness of the office and examination rooms, an early morning appointment, working through insurance issues or simply remembering to ask about a patients partner or family. What I am referring to is the importance of individualized care that Dr Klein provides as opposed to corporate care which is becoming the new normal that many people need to deal with. To say that I highly recommend Dr Klein would be an understatement; she and her fine staff are simply the best there is on every level; I look forward to the next 30 years with her!

I found Dr. Rubinstein about 4 years ago when I was dealing with a terrible toothache after seeing my dentist in my hometown of Minneapolis. It turned out that the dentist in MN hit a nerve when filling a cavity and I needed a root canal. Dr. Rubinstein provided me with exceptional care and made the procedure as painless as possible. In fact, every time I see Dr. Rubinstein he takes special care to ensure his patients are comfortable and that they feel welcomed in his office. I'm so grateful I no longer need to go to Minneapolis to see the dentist and that I have found such an incredible provider in my new home of NYC. If you are in need of a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Rubinstein. He is the best!

Both staff and doctors are friendly and answer my questions calmly and patiently. The atmosphere is relaxed and I never had to wait very long to get an appointment or at the practice when I came for an appointment. The safety measures during covid seemed thought out and consistent. Pricing was transparent. But most of all, I felt like I was dealing with real humans in this place. Humans that care!

They kept complaining about how bad the insurance was and was very distracted while doing my fillings. The assistant also looked super exhausted and complained about it. There is still cavity left on my tooth after the filling work was done. I paid off everything each time but they still billed me additional with no explanation. Even after I emailed them for an answer, they did not reply to me. I am disappointed. Choose your dentist wisely.

I've got a really bad dental phobia which kept me away for a little bit......I'd rather have a med free delivery!!! I've been with Dr. Klein a little more than 2 years and though the fear hasn't completley subsided she makes it manageable. While I never look forward to being in the chair I always look forward to seeing she and the staff.

I went to Klein & Rubinstein for a simple dental cleaning. Dr. Klein did NOT wear a face mask when she was inspecting my teeth, so as I was sitting there with my mouth wide open I could feel her smelly breath and saliva enter my mouth. This is highly unprofessional and makes me concerned on the level of sanitation at this practice. The hygienist who 'cleaned' my teeth was very rushed, she probably spent about half a minute polishing my teeth. I left my dental cleaning feeling more dirty than I arrived. Avoid this practice if you want an actual check up worth your time and money.

I've been a patient of Dr. Klein's for over 20 years. As someone with major dental issues, I can attest that she is a terrific dentist and I have never had any problems. She and her staff make even the most difficult procedures painless and easy. On my recent visit I was impressed with the extra steps that they have taken in light of the COVID pandemic. From the screening upon check-in through the entire examination and cleaning I felt safe. The entire team wore face shields, masks and protective garments. I highly recommend this office - a great dentist.
