Dr. Krishna completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at The Pennsylvania State University with honors, and her Master of Biomedical Sciences degree at Rutgers School of Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Krishna then completed her dental training, receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the University of New England College of Dental Medicine with Interprofessional Honors, followed by the completion of a one year General Practice Residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

Since childhood, Dr. Krishna has had a keen interest in giving back to the community. She has volunteered in numerous nursing homes, soup kitchens, hospitals, and clinics both locally and internationally, and has started a few of her own service projects as well.

Dr. Krishna also enjoys traveling, hiking, running, water activities, art (drawing, painting, photography), playing music (harmonium and sitar), reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

This is the worst dental clinic I have seen till date. I got registered here even after reading the bad reviews which was my biggest mistake. They give you an appointment and cancel it the last minute. This has happened with me several times. They have no respect and consideration for anybody's time. Even if you get an appointment you will have to wait for an hour at least.

I want to begin by saying that I was very nervous and anxious when going to the dentist. I do not like getting injections but I must say Dr. C.B with her assistant Sana Allowed me to become calm because they were calm. they were very nice and allowed me to use my headphones listen to music which allowed me to go to another space. They worked on my teeth and I did not have any pain. I also want to say the front desk reception the ladies were exceptional nice and very professional. Go team you guys are amazing and I will be back I want to add that my Grandson is Autistic and they were so calm with him and With their professionalism he allow them to take x-rays and clean his teeth thank you so much guys

My wife went there for simple check up. They charged her $600+ for simple clean up. No one told her about this. Complete ripped off. DO NOT GO THERE.

After going to another dentist and getting misdiagnosed, i went to KK Dental Edison and they were able to find the problem and send my to the Nort Brunswick office to get an emergency procedure done. I'm very grateful for their services!

They gave me an appointment at 8am and I went at 7.55am and I kept waiting there and no one in the clinic. Tried calling several times with no answer and called customer service. They told me the clinic opens at 9 am but if they open at 9 am why did they waste my time and kept waiting there for 1 hour in google find the opening hours is from 8 am!

I went to get my first tooth extraction ever. I was extremely nervous and anxious. I had a Sunday appointment with Dr. James. The entire process from start to finish was FANTASTIC. The entire staff was super sweet and helpful. The doctor was knowledgeable and has excellent bed side manners. I didn't feel a thing not even that big ol needle. Absolutely recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Here is an updated review from my most recent visit today: I'm very disappointed in the service I received at KK dental this time around. The dentist had very limited availability to get my filling done. I arrived at my appointment on time for 3:30pm and didn't leave until 5:40pm, this was for 1 filling. the dentist came in looking like she was rushed, said she was doing a filling on tooth #3 expecting me to know which tooth that was to fix a chipped tooth with a pre-existing silver filling. I explained that it was the tooth in my upper left corner and that I only have resin fillings. She corrected herself and said tooth 15 and looked to confirm it was resin which of course it was. Her bedside manner was non existent as well. She wasn't rude but didn't display any bedside manner and was rushed the entire time. Needless to say it didn't give me a lot of confidence going into the procedure. The rest of the filling went fine aside from some slight pain when she was drilling which she fixed with more numbing agent however barely stopping to inject it and allowing it to actually take effect which was frustrating. The billing process was beyond confusing with my bill starting out at $220, then going down to $109 after I explained that I'd never paid that much for a previous filling from the same location on the same insurance plan as last year when I had other fillings done (while this was a 2 surface filling versus my 1 surface fillings in the previous year, and there prices had gone up that still couldn't account for the huge price increase). It was explained to me that I must have been undercharged before likely b/c of KK dental billing my insurance company for a silver filling not a resin one but this could not be verified. I had the front desk breakdown the charges after the procedure to ensure the $109 made sense at which point she couldn't calculate that number and we kept getting to an out of pocket expense of $89.40 including my $25 deductible, $43 difference in resin versus silver filling, and 20% out of pocket payment of roughly $22. She redid the bill and that's what i was charged. That was very likely my last time at KK dental due to the very poor experience i had today. The billing was a mess, the dentist had no bedside manner, was rushed, and incorrectly told me what tooth she was gonna be working on along with the other issues mentioned above, and it took forever. The only silver lining was the people at the front desk taking the time to ensure I was billed correctly which I'll admit I'm still not 100% confident about. Ill be calling my insurance company to hopefully get some answers/clarity from them on how billing worked for my previous fillings versus this one.

Rip Off! Don't Go Here!!! I started going to KK Dental coz they have several locations and timing options but have quickly learned that they are a scamming/rip off operation. They conduct services without telling you the cost and then send a bill. They also forced me to pre-pay for crown services and overcharged. I was overcharged by ~$300 and of course no one from their billing dept. calls back or responds to emails!!!!!

Keep away from this office. They will over charge you more than what is billed by your insurance company. They asked me to pay the estimated patient's bill during the time of the procedure even before claiming the expense with the insurance company. The insurance came back with lesser patient responsibility. Even after repeated emails and phone calls, they refuse to refund the excess amount they charged. The total bill I paid : $2500 The actual patient responsibility after insurance claim : $1180 So they made me pay ~ $1300 extra. It's been a pain dealing with them.

I needed a root canal and my current dentist is no longer performing them so I was referred to KK Dental. I read the reviews and had some initial concerns but so far I cannot say anything negative about their practice in Edison. My root canal was painless, they kept me comfortable and after a day or two any associated pain or discomfort subsided and I was equally impressed by the technical layout of each exam room which utilizes a large screen to show both patient and staff very clear images of the area to be operated on. The location in Edison is easy to get to from a variety of highways and although having a tight parking lot it's not difficult to find a spot and walk to the office. The reception staff has been very friendly and helpful and both the doctors, support staff and techs have been nothing but friendly, professional and compassionate. I was given a temporary crown today and again a painless procedure despite the level of grinding necessary to prepare a front tooth for a permanent crown in the next few weeks.

I had been dealing with pain for over a year on and off but it got to a point where I could not take it. I called KK dental on a Thursday and they were able to give me an appointment for Sunday. I have never been more relieved to be going to the dentist. And the whole process was so smooth. Right from the front desk I was welcomed by Jackie. The dentist (Dr James) and his team were so accommodating and the procedure was not bad at all. The dental office is also so clean! Which is what you would want. Thanks to them I am pain free. I would highly recommend them.

I am compelled to post review & Rate 1which is for Surgeon. Terrible ethics, office courtesy & follow up. My surgery was October 1st week and was given quote of $305 which I confirmed before the day of surgery. On the day of surgery, I reached early , X-rays taken, checked & waiting fir surgeon on dental chair. That's when office staff Telina/ Telisa comes with new estimate which hikes my quote to $425. I was shocked & ask why new added stuff was not discussed earlier. Even surgeon present there asked Telina/ Telissa to remove ( added medications ) charges to which she said it's from upper bosses. Who is boss beyond surgeon performing procedure. Which kind of ethics allows office to add mega $125 , minute before surgeon ready to numb you. I was in a confused state of mind & ended up paying rocking $425 out of pocket vs $305. I felt I was trapped. I checked with family dentist, dentist at my work and all stated dental office did wrong & ripped me. I started follow up with office. Ist call back in October to office who directed me to billing lady Dhruti who was to get back to me with claim. Today December 18th & still waiting for follow up. In between I made several calls & talk to different people, Sunali who tells will call back in 10 minutes & been waiting for weeks. I am so disgusted & frustrated that when scheduling for surgery ; office will called couple times a day if needed but when work done and they over billed and needs to follow up, takes them months to call back. There are office staff for everything in such commercial dental offices who just chats around , but comes to patient follow up takes months. Who is big boss Telina/ Telissa mentioned who hiked my quote to 425 on the day of surgery . I need my money back . Such offices ruins the noble work dentist for.. Would not recommend anyone to go here or any of their branches.. Even surgeons/ dentist should be the prime authority to take decision and not unlicensed, office staff& so called big boss, who only focuses on money and not patient care..
