Dr. Yoon's family immigrated to the US settling in Cumberland, Rhode Island when he was 12 years old. After reading a book about Hudson Taylor, a British missionary doctor in China, he was inspired to become a missionary doctor.

He attended St. John's University, College of Pharmacy, and earned his bachelor degree in Pharmacy, graduating with honors.Working in Pharmacy and hospitals, he came to realize that there were limitations to missionary medicine, but dentistry allowed him to diagnose and treat problems in a short span of time, so he decided to pursue a career in dentistry. Heattended Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his degree in dentistry. Since graduating in 2007 Dr. Yoon has been practicing general dentistry andhe spends two weeks a year doing volunteer work in Central America providing dentistry to the under priviledged.

He and his wife, Sarah, move to Washington from Arizona for it's natural beauty and friendly people. They love the clean air, easy going lifestyle, and the eco-friendly way of living. Even the rain is a positive after living in Arizona! They feel it's the best place to raise their three daughters, Sharon, Faith and Eva.

Amrit Burn was born in Calgary, Canada, and moved to the United States with her family just before high school. Her experience as an orthodontic patient at the age of 14 inspired her to pursue orthodontics as a career, and it has been the focus of her educational pursuits ever since.

After attending the University of Tulsa, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry, she graduated with highest honors from the Doctor ofDental Surgery program at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Burn was one of five dentists selected that year for the postdoctoral residency in Orthodontics at the University of Washington in Seattle, one of the nation's finest programs in this specialty. She decided to stay and build her practice in this beautiful city.

Dr. Burn is active in a number of professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, the Washington State Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. Dr. Burn is the chairperson of Seattle-King County Dental Society's New Dentist Committee, and is an Affiliate Professor of Orthodontics at the University of Washington.

Dr. Burn really enjoys life in Seattle, and likes to spend her spare time exploring this fantastic part of the country. Some favorites are kayaking on Puget Sound, hiking in the Cascades, and camping in the San Juans. She also has fun chasing after her two dogs, Dallas and Chloe.

She is very thankful to have the opportunity to help make a positive difference in her patients' lives, and is committed to providing them with the highest quality treatment possible. Orthodontics has made a huge difference in Dr. Burn's life, and she looks forward to sharing it with you!

Dr. Remy Rogers was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She attended Willamette University in Salem, Oregon and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2001. She then took some time to decide which career path to take, and discovered dentistry was the right blend of caring for people and detailed work with her hands. It was the right match!

Dr. Rogers received her dental degree from the University of Washington in 2007. She also completed the General Practice Residency at the University of Washington where she gained additional training working with children and adults in the outpatient and hospital setting. Dr. Rogers enjoys getting to know her patients and partnering with them to achieve a beautiful and healthy smile.

I was born in Lubbock, Texas but I grew up in Silverdale and Graduated from Central Kitsap High School. I have been in the dental field for 23 years. My goal in this office is to ensure every patient has had the best dental experience, and to leave with a healthy beautiful smile.I love spending time with my kids Asia, Zion, Isaiah and dog Bentley. My hobbies watching reality T.V. reading and supporting my kids in their activities.

I was born and raised in the Philippines. I moved in Washington 15 years ago. I graduated dental assisting school in 2015. I am honored to be part of the KGD family. Our team is full of diverse and enjoyable personalities. Everyone works as hard as they can to create an organized, enjoyable and welcoming workplace. I believe dental offices should not be a place of fear, and I strive to be as helpful as possible going above and beyond for patients and their needs. When I am not at work, I spend time with my kids, two dogs, and I love to go hiking.

I recently moved back to Kitsap after living in Alabama, New York, and California. I graduated from University of Washington with a BA in Political Science and State University of New York with an AAS in Dental Hygiene. I chose the dental field because I always loved going to the dentist. I enjoy teaching patients how to improve their oral health and giving them a pleasant dental experience. When not working I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter Ellie, and two dogs. We enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking and hiking.

Turning down a dental x-ray should not anger a Dentist. I was trying to save money because I pay out of pocket. I still like to get my teeth clean. I had no noticeable decay to my teeth. I just had a dental xray 11 (eleven) months earlier. I asked for another appointment and the receptionist, with a smirk on her face, told me that she was not going to schedule me another appointment. If you like to deal with empathetic people who understand financial woes, DO NOT go to this facility.

Initial consult and cleaning with Gentle Dentistry staff and Dr. Eunice Kahng. During this difficult Covid period the staff are most comprehensive, attentive and supportive in continuing to provide safe and excellent performance while protecting both patient and staff. She explained and showed in X rays what I needed done and why in very understandable terms. Dr. Remy Rogers did my crown and cavity treatment. *Dr. Rogers may be the most diligent, skillful, conscientious and competent dentist I have ever visited as a patient. She has great hands when administering the novocaine pain shot and her superior dental skills puts her ahead of many doctors I have utilized when it comes to having to have a crown placed. Highly recommend.

I recommend this dental clinic to anyone. The people who treated me were professional and very nice even after all the talking I did. I am very nervous with all the time I will be spending in the dental chair. Thanks for all you did for the question's that you and answered and time spent easing my thoughts about the teeth that need work. Thank you for all you did for me. Bless you.
