Dr. Kerr's been providing dental services to patients of all ages since 2003. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. He served in public health for several years as the Chief Dental Officer at Community Health Center La Clinica in Pasco, WA before moving into private practice and becoming one of the team dentists for the WHL Hockey team the Tri-City Americans. After that, Dr. Kerr worked with a successful multi-practice group in Bellevue, Washington, offering a wide range of dental services such as the placement of dental implants and the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea before he opened his own private office in Lakewood, WA.In 2017, Dr. Kerr purchased the office space of a retiring dentist in Bremerton, WA, and moved his practice there.
In Bremerton, he's established a pleasant, well-equipped office where he can combine the feel of a warm, caring, family-oriented dental office with the techniques and services of a large, high-end practice. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, and the Kitsap County Dental Society.
Sam has been with the practice since the Dr. Rumsey days here in Bremerton, so she's a familiar face to many of our patients.She brings eight years of dental experience to this office. She is married and has a beautiful son. And when she's not in the office, you can find her outdoors either paddleboarding or exploring the beautiful PNW.
As our Office Manager, Christine brings over 10 years of dental experience to our office. If you have a question regarding your bill or your dental insurance, then she's the gal to talk to. When she's not in the office, she's spending time with her husband and four kids, or she's rooting for the Seahawks. She also loves everything Disneyland and tries to make a pilgrimage there every year.

Very clean and professional office. Ashley (reception) is incredibly organized and kind. Dr. Kerr has provided quintessential dentistry work, even on same- day short notice when my old mercury filling fell out. His work continues to be remain exceptional.

If you are looking for a dentist, your search is finally over! Dr. Kerr and the staff at the Kitsap Family Dentistry are awesome, gentle, and provide the right treatment. My wife and I have been to different dentists but this place is at a whole different level. Ever since we stumbled across this place, we have not looked back since! Our visits have been prompt and hassle free. Dr. Kerr has been great with not only showing any trouble with our teeth but goes into great detail about explaining your options. They are not pushy and give you time to make decisions. Overall, I highly recommend you to book an appointment! You won't regret it!

I've been coming to the same dentist office since Dr. Rumsey was here! Dr. Kerr is the best! He does a wonderful job at explaining what is going on in non-dental terms so that you always feel confident in your decision making. The staff is top-notch and are just the most welcoming and caring group <3 I was so happy to when I learned they accept FED BlueDental insurance and didn't have to go through the headache of looking for a new dentist.
