Dr. Lois Lee studied urban planning at the University of Washington. She then graduated with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University in 2007 and completed her general practice residency at the Manhattan Veterans Affairs Hospital.
She is a member of both the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. As a dentist, Dr. Lees greatest goal is to help her patients understand the biology of their mouths and the implication their teeth have in maintaining a healthy and happy lifestyle. While conversation is at the heart of her professional philosophy, there are times when work must be done in a patients mouth to achieve this goal.
If this is the case, Dr. Lee believes in providing high-quality dental care and takes extreme pride in the excellence of her work. It is her restorative goal to rebuild teeth such that patients do not think of her every time they eat or floss!
On a more personal note, Dr. Lee is married and has three boys. Her hobbies include camping, hiking, and spending time with her family. She also has a love/hate relationship with doing home improvement projects around the house with her husband.
Dr. Jeff Wells grew up in Eastern Washington where he met his wife, Christine. After high school, Jeff spent 8 years in the United States Air Force, where he worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. Jeff was stationed at Travis Air Force Base, California for the first half of his career where he worked on the Lockheed Martin C-5 Galaxy. For the second half of his career, Jeff was stationed at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii where he worked on the Boeing C-17 Globemaster. Jeff had the opportunity to travel the world with the airplane, taking part in missions such as delivery of goods and disaster relief.
After leaving the Air Force, Jeff attended the University of Washington for his undergraduate studies, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology. Jeff continued his education at UW where he attended the UW School of Dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Jeff and his wife Christine have a four-year-old daughter, Olivia, who they love to spend time with. They are also expecting a baby boy who will be making an appearance in late April. Jeff and his family are avid Husky, Seahawks and Mariners fans and love to attend games in their free time. Dr. Wells has had the opportunity to work with a broad range of patients and to work on a variety of procedures. He has a passion for getting to know people and for helping patients meet their dental needs. He looks forward to working with all of you.

Kitsap Dental! Dr. Jeff Wells and dental assistant Erika are fantastic! I do not go to the dentist very often because I don't need a ton of dental work. So making an appointment for me conjures up a lot of thoughts of long waits in the lobby, long waits in the chair etc. Not at Kitsap Dental - the first two times I went there for a crown I was even seated early! They were very fast, professional and kind. The actual crown itself is like I never had work done at all. All the staff, Dr. Wells and Erika deserve a 5 star review from me - nice work folks!! It's refreshing to have such fast professional service!! Rob

I had some dental work done over multiple appointments at Kitsap Dental. It was the most pain free and easy dental experience I have ever had. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They are very thorough when explaining the procedures and treatment options. I would highly recommend Kitsap Dental to anyone.

I had a dental emergency and the staff was able to get me in the very next day. I was given all of my options before my procedure and even told what was happening during. They took amazing care of making me feel comfortable and informed the entire time. The kindness I was shown during my visit means that I will 100% be back in the future. They entire staff was amazing but Dr. Billingsley was above and beyond. I have had some very negative experiences with dentistry in the past and felt calm the entire procedure.

Dr. Lee is by far the best dentist I've had, she has completely changed my outlook on dentists (was deathly afraid of them) Dr. Lee and her assistant stayed after hours to help me and make sure I was taken care of, you can really tell they care about ther patients and I will forever be grateful I found them. Now I feel comfortable planning all my cleanings and any other work I will need with them. The rest of the staff is also very friendly. If I could I'd review even higher.

After a very bad experience with another dentist, I was so lucky to find Dr. Lee at Kitsap Dental. She absolutely knows her stuff and wants her patients to have the knowledge to play the biggest role in their dental health. Would've been happy to meet her any day, but I will always be grateful that she was my dentist that day last week, when she repaired another doctors work so terrible that I literally could not rest my jaw together. I'm still dealing with the problems from that and I probably always will (once you lose any tooth surface, it's gone forever) but luckily she was able to make it so that I could actually use my mouth almost normally again, I will be getting all of my future cleaning every six months from their wonderful hygienist, Jessica and I'm happy that me and my husband have a reliable dentist office now. Shout out to the front desk staff who go above and beyond, the younger blonde woman up front is the absolute nicest receptionist. I wish I'd been able to rely on reviews for dentists like I can for pretty much anything else...
