I see children as a precious gift not only to parents but to our community and world. As a parent of four children, I understand the powerful love parents have for their children and the weight of responsibility included in parenting. Its an honor to help parents take care of their children. I love being a childrens dentist because I love being around kids. It allows me to work in an environment that is not so serious; it can be light and fun. I enjoy helping children have gentle and easy experiences at our office so they can grow up without fear of going to the dentist. Its rewarding to help parents instill in their children a personal responsibility for their health while they blossom into young men and women.

the person who answered the phone was super rude I called because I made a mistake in the days and I wanted to reschedule my kids appointment and this lady with a rude attitude did not let me explain why, Every time I've had to cancel, I called and reschedule and here she comes telling me that they missed 3 appointments no show no call, that you don't do your job and put notes in, it's not the patient's fault. But when this kind of people answers the phone it isn't worthy the waist of words. I hate they will have to see another dentist since they've been seeing Dr Michael since they were born. Receptionist very rude .

Dr. Brandon and the staff here are incredible. My daughter actually *enjoys* going to the dentist! And if my daughter isn't brushing well, I can always break out the "Dr. Kitchens says..." and it always works because she thinks he hung the moon. My daughter had two teeth capped and a cavity filled recently, and it was her first real dental procedure beyond checkups. She was nervous, but the staff was so calming and reassuring the entire time. There is always something to entertain the kids and keep them occupied, whether it's the fun waiting room or the TVs on the ceiling while the kids are having work done. I can whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Brandon and Kitchens Pediatric Dentistry!

We will no longer be using them as a dentist. My daughters are due for a cleaning and one is having trouble with tooth pain, we have been trying to be seen since the beginning of the year, they have canceled and rescheduled our appointments 3 times now and every time they reschedule our appointment it's even further out. Terribly dissatisfied with them in most recent months, not to mention the extremely rude receptionist, their lack of communication, and unprofessionalism.

I have been bringing my Daughter here for almost 2 years now. I love how they are so transparent when handling my daughter. She had to get a filling done today on an adult tooth and Michael talked us through every step. I really appreciate the entire staff for their kindness every vist so far now.

Dr. Michael was unfriendly, unsympathetic, uncaring, and down right rude to my child and myself today at my son's appointment. My son is 7. He had to have a cavity capped ,a tooth pulled ,and a spacer placed. My son complained from the time dr Michael started with pain. And continued to cry and complain of pain the duration of the procedure. Dr. Michael then scolded my child and myself. Continued to tell my child he wasn't hurting. I tried to calm my son by rubbing his leg and telling him to just breathe and calm down. I didn't not say anything or do anything to warrant the verbal attack from Dr Michael. I was sitting in the chair in the room. I had not said anything or made any comments. When he stopped working on my son to tell me in an overbearing and demeaning tone that there was no reason to numb him any more because he was numb enough. And it wouldn't help him since he was already having a bad time. The assistant had shut the door while dr Michael was working on my son and he was crying. In my own opinion because they didn't want any one to hear what was going on. I was again trying to console my son as he was still crying and coughing from the blood running down his throat. When I asked if the could rinse it out. He point blank said NO! He continued to finish the procedure and he left the room without saying another word. The assistant then rushed us out of the room and building as fast as she possibly could. Even though I was completely shocked n upset at the treatment my son and I had to endure. I held my composure and continued to try and console my son. Who is now traumatized by what has happened. This was not our first time at Kitchens and every visit before today has been a pleasant experience. My son has had to have a couple procedures in the past. The most recent was about a month previous to today's appointment where he was shot with numbing medicine. And had a tooth drilled and capped and even had a root procedure. So he is somewhat familiar with dental procedures and associated pain and overall experience. I am so upset for my child. I hope and pray that this doesn't affect his confidence in visiting dentist in the future.

We are very grateful for Kitchens' pediatric dentistry. Thanks to their patience and willingness to help with our child's special needs, my child has received the dental care they needed over the years. My child has always been treated with dignity and respect, and I will forever be grateful.

My son and daughter love to see Dr. Michael. We have been coming here for years! My kids have BEAUTIFUL SMILES! They love playing video games in the reception area. We usually schedule our appointments in the mornings and have always been seen in a timely manner.

I was recommend by my sister and I called to get my son a appointment! The lady ask 'how old he was' and I told her and she goes to say 'well is it something wrong with his teeth' like he can't go to the dentist or something which is a Ridiculous question to ask! Then she ask 'what insurance does he use' and I tell her and she says 'well we aren't taking THAT medicaid! I thought this would be a nice dentist to take my son to but after hearing the way she talk and lie like that I don't think so! They should really reconsider having someone else with manners, common sense, and know how to talk to people at the front/answering phones!
