I had an temporary crown placed and man the day after I had the worst headache toothache and earache I couldn't eat or drink anything cold or hot it snowed the next day which was a Saturday couldn't get in touch with dentist so I waited til Monday called left message but they still was out due to the ice and snow got a return call Tuesday asking about my pain amoxicillin was called in and I was referred to dr kitchens called office first available was feb 1st so I went and he explained the tissue and infection told me the procedure that would be done. He got in a numbed me/ anesthesic injection although I was numb I wasn't in pain. Started procedure throughout procedure I was asked multiple times are you okay we almost done. When we were finished I saw before and after photos I say all of this because from the receptionist to the endodontist everyone was super nice caring and smiling although before the procedure I was made to feel comfortable and that's what most clients want at Dr Kitchens office that's what you gonna get along with exceptional work. So today feb 2 a little soreness but no pain I am at ease for now but next week the permanent crown goes on. I've only been to this one endodontist and if I had to chose he would be my first choice and I will be letting everyone know about the great care and customer service I received there.

Man. I really hate going to the dentist. BUT! I have never felt more comfortable in the chair. Dr.Kitchens was phenomenal and his assistant is the best (probably my new favorite person)! She guided me through everything and he worked his magic. Phenomenal experience. HANDS DOWN!

Had a root canal done by Dr Kitchens, after which the tooth continued to get infections. Turns out the root canal "failed." Dr Kitchens said he could try again, if I paid to have another root canal done on the same tooth. Now the tooth has fallen out because no rod was put in.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Kitchens and his staff are wonderful. The procedure and process of what to expect was explained to me which made me feel very comfortable. Overall the experience was very pleasant and I will return to Dr. Kitchens if every I need that type of dental work again.
