I'm impressed. Today it was my first day getting the braces and everything went super smooth. The workers are profesional and make you feel comfortable. The doc have a laser focus when doing the procedures as well as the technician. They told me I would have to come once a month. The price it's the best I could find thanks that my insurance was compatible. The place looks nice and clean, very minimalistic and nice. I'm looking forward to be coming here and also will post more pics as the treatment progress.

best Orthodontist i've been to! i've gone to other Orthodontist is the past and nothing compares with Kiss. the staff is super friendly and attentive. Dr De Jesus is a true professional and knows exactly how to get you the teeth you've always wanted.

Im very disappointed because they move my appointments like 2 months and a half between, like what are they doing?? Last time I didn't even feel pressure on my teeth's, they didn't hurt, and the blond lady women worked so fast like 2 minutes that I feel she didn't do anything, I might be wrong, but this happens because they don't talk with the pacient about how their treatment is going, I saw a review exactly with wat I am talkin about, n I feel the same way tbh. My mouth was not that complicated because I went to many orthodontics before and because of $$ I decided Kiss, pay more $ is worth

I don't like that they give you appointments up to 2 months , is not every regular month like all other orthodontics do, or how they tell you when you start, so the process takes forever, I really don't feel that they speed up the process, also when you go assistants don't talk with you about what is the next step or how everything is going, they just tell you open your mouth, 4 minutes later, ok see you next time. I think they should talk with you about how everything is going and what are they going to do, sometimes is better paying a little extra to get this personalized treatment

I agree, my last appointment was on June, it has been 2 months, my teeth's are in the same position as 4 months ago. Insane. I am at the point of doing a chargeback and removing all these braces and go to another place

I Love this office ! I started my treatment in Jan of 2019 . I had a very difficult case . Dr. DeJesus was very straight forward ,orthodontic treatment time varies depending on how the patients teeth behave with treatment . I have been in treatment for 3 years my appointments are every 6 -7 weeks. Customer Service is the best feel so peaceful when I go .The staff is always friendly & help with any questions I have . Very clean environment.
