The only reason I'm giving only 4 stars is because of a 45 minute wait when I was there at 1045 for an 11 am appt.. Other then that the entire rest of my appt was easy peasy... The staff is 2nd to none and I like being talked to bluntly about how extensive my problem is and exactly what the game plan is .. I am happy & confident about the ability of this wonderful staff to help me regain my smile again.. Kudos to them for knowing how to make a nervous patient feel at home.... Thanks Again Kiss dental

The office manager is beyond rude. When my wife questioned the coding used on her bill that reflected a procedure my wife did not receive, the office manager became aggressive and argumentative. She coded the procedure wrong resulting in over 2xs the amount we owed. Her unprofessional attitude should be a red flag for everyone to CAREFULLY review their bills/invoices. We were forced to open an investigation in order to receive our money back (which we did). Needless to say, we will not be back!!!

This was my first appointment at Kiss Dental and it was very thorough. My dental hygienist was Melanie and she explained everything she was doing and was very pleasant. Dr. Kissal came in to meet me, did an examination and explained the next steps in my treatment. I'm glad I chose Kiss Dental Care.

Due to insurance change it has been 1 year since my last X-rays and cleaning. I've also been coping with throbbing pain in a molar for 11 days. Dr Mike was able to relieve my cracked tooth pain. I am very much appreciative to his kindness in taking this matter on today. His entire staff is so kind. Dr. Mike, I can't thank you enough.

I had a rude awakening trying to find a good dentist here in Delaware after having to leave my dentist in NJ after 38 years of continuous service. Allot of time was spent trying to find a good replacement dentist here in Sussex County Delaware. The ratings of many of the nearby dentists were "average" at best. I saw a commercial on cable TV which boasted of your "getting the care you need" with some of their work being "guaranteed... so I tried them. This was one of the worst decisions in my senior years' life that I ever made re: my teeth. I then decided to seek out a "single dentist" (preferably not associated with a "group") who had multiple great reviews. I hit on Kiss Dental Care, a catchy name. In reading up on Michael Kissell, dds of Kiss Dental Care, I liked everything he stood for. His web-site was impressive, the pictures were attractive and his ratings were what I was looking for. His office was attractive, well laid out, neat and clean. The equipment appeared to be pretty new. The office manager, Fran, was very polite and explained the on-line patient forms so as to be totally signed in upon arrival. His Hygienist, Melody performed the best dental cleaning ever, including checking "pocketing" depth below the gum line. Rare to be done was also "dental polishing" after cleaning. X-rays were multiple, then pictures in addition to x-rays which helped with any explanations following the x-rays. I found Dr. Kissell to have a very light touch in the process of repairs to a few sensitive areas I had. In conclusion, I have no reservations in recommending Dr. Kissell to anyone, I feel he is great! I usually never respond to "surveys", but this was different. I put a lot of time in on this review because Dr. Kissell spent time with me and did not rush any part of his treatment. Alan Dubov, Sussex County, DE

This was my very first visit to Kiss Dental, and I was very impressed. The entire staff was very friendly, and professional!! Everyone made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Angelo spent a good amount of time just having a conversation with me. When my appointment was completed, I felt as though I made a group of new friends! Also, the facility is very state of the art and appears to be brand new. I would recommend Kiss Dental to friends and family. I will return!!!!

The office is very high tech. Dr. Kissel does implants, so no need to go elsewhere if you need one like me. He is personable and spent a lot of time on my first visit discussing my treatment plan. He is the only dentist in the practice so there is a long lead time for an appointment if you are a new patient.

Easy & convenient to get to, this office has state of the art equipment. The waiting room is spacious & comfortable. Dr. Kissell was very pleasant and was easy to talk to. All those I came into contact with were very nice. Very glad I made the switch to a local dentist!
