In his dentistry as in the rest of his life, Dr. Todd Resek always tries to be better today than yesterday and better tomorrow than today. After receiving a degree in biology from Grove City College, he earned his DMD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. A dentist in the Alle-Kiski area for 25-plus years, he was awarded a fellowship from theAcademy of General Dentistry, an honor granted to only 6 percent of general dentists.
One of the requirements for an AGD fellowship is taking hundreds of hours of continuing education, something Dr. Resek does gladly so he can stay up-to-date on the latest dental techniques. Another honor came from his peer dentists, who voted him as one of Pittsburghs Top Dentists for nine years. His professional memberships include the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and AK Dental Society.
Dr. Resek uses the latest dental technology so he can offer his patients the highest standard of care. One example is CEREC CAD/CAM dentistry. He is certified as a CEREC mentor at the prestigious Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. He has shared his expertise with area dentists, teaching them this innovative method for creating same-day dental restorations.
Dr. Resek met his wife, Jessica, when she was a dental hygiene student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. One of his proudest accomplishments was convincing her to work at the dental office where he planned to practice. Married since 1999, the Reseks are parents to three sons: Todd, Jack, and Sam. Jessica is now a gifted teacher at OHara Elementary in the Fox Chapel school district. Their eldest son, Todd Jr., is now attending Temple University.
An enthusiastic outdoorsman, Dr. Resek especially enjoys hunting with his boys and teaching them about wildlife. He stays in shape by playing baseball with them and has coached all of them at different times in their lives. Todd and Jack both played varsity baseball for the Fox Chapel school district.
Dr. Sean Bell grew up in the small town of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania before moving to Pittsburgh to pursue his education. The people, friends, and opportunities in the area made it easy to make Pittsburgh his new home. Dr. Bell not only fell in love with the city but met his beautiful wife Erin while living on Pitts campus. They now share three young children, Margo, Cary, and Shiloh, and enjoy spoiling them along with their dog Remi. Dr. Bells other interests include supporting Pittsburgh sports, riding his motorcycle, snowboarding, and being outdoors.
Dr. Bell graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in neuroscience. His undergraduate accomplishments earned him the Deans Scholarship award at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated cum laude. Dr. Bell furthered his training by earning a certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry from New York University.

I can't say enough good about this Dentistry! I hadn't been to a dentist in multiple years, developed a tooth problem, went in and they were right to the point fixing it. Then I had an issue with a lot of pain and they squeezed me in ASAP! Everyone is super nice and caring! Highly recommended!!

This Dentist is amazing. I have had severe anxiety for years about going to the dentist then a friend recommended Dr Resek and I gave him a try. Totally amazing experience. He did amazing work and I now have my smile back Thank you Dr for making me smile again.

I walked into this office petrified from a bad experience I had years ago. My heart was racing palms were sweating thought about walking out but I put my trust in his team. The staff was phenomenal and Dr Todd was amazing I walked out laughing after everything was done. When he was done he handed me a mirror and he only words that I could express was holy s*** I was blown away that I could smile again. Thank you to the office the staff and Dr Todd. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be returning there. Thank you just isn't enough for what they did for me.

Dr. Resek and his staff are some of the most understanding and kindest people in dental health. Any time I have an issue, they're quick to get me seen and taken care of. I know a lot of people have anxiety about seeing the dentist but they are extremely nonjudgemental and help me feel super comfortable before, during and after my treatments.10/10, will forever recommend to anyone with teeth!

Finally I found a good dentist! While it's a plus everything was modern and updated technology, they are kid friendly here(for moms that's a huge win) and know what they are doing! I learned things about cleanings I needed to do at home and why which was never explained to me before. Overall it was a great experience for my kids and I and we will be sticking with this dentist!
