I found this dentist through my insurance provider Cigna Dental. At first they were nice but somethings stuck out to me that seemed kind of rude. First the dentist asked how I found their office which seemed strange to me, second the pronunciation of my name came up and I already am aware that my name isn't a common name so no you're not going to be able to pronounce it so please don't tell me how to pronounce my name, & lastly I was charged $25 for PPE & wasn't advised that I would be charged. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I have been a patient of this practice for a couple of years now. The staff here are always so nice and very professional. Dr. Kiser is so cool, honest, and professional. I haven't had a dental experience like this one anywhere else. They know me by name, they are always so safe, and the energy is vibrant. Always laughter at some point during my visit. I feel very comfortable here and I highly recommend this office. Thank you all for all that you do. Keep up the great work!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kiser for years - since the beginning, actually. She and her entire staff are top-notch. Professional yet friendly, educated on the latest techniques, gentle and effective. Insurance claims are filed hassle-free, too!

Tried this dentist for first time. Super Unfriendly Staff and Dentist. Front staff and hygienist not well trained. Building in severe disrepair with leaking gutters, rotten wood and paint from probably 50 years ago. You can't wait inside either upon arrival. Waiting area outside on single cement bench. Staff Is WAY Over the top with Covid fears. Makes you show card, sanitize hands with solution and black light device, and wash mouth with unknown solution of Peroxide. Would not accept x-rays from prior dentist and then refused service. Then told me "There's the Door". Most Unfriendly, Untrained, Unprofessional medical staff I have ever encountered..EVER. Went to another dentist and Night & Day better. Kiser Dental NOT recommended At all.

I received a very thorough dental exam from Dr. Kiser, who made sure to answer any questions that I had, and wanted to make sure that I felt that I was receiving the best care possible. I found the staff to be very friendly and efficient, and the facilities were clean and modern. I feel pretty confident that our "dentist-hopping" since moving to Greensboro nine years ago is over, and I am very glad. Highly recommended!

Dr. Kiser and her staff have all been so friendly and welcoming, they made us feel at ease. They are still enforcing COVID restrictions which is great. This office is very organized and diligent. Dr. Kiser gave my daughter and I the most thorough and comprehensive oral exam I have ever seen. She even screens for oral cancer. The doctor takes her time explaining everything that is going on with your mouth and teeth and creates a detailed treatment plan. I was very impressed. She is also very gentle and super experienced so that you have minimal discomfort when being treated. I highly recommend this dentist!!!

This is a wonderful office operating in a friendly and smooth manner. From Michelle's opening greeting to Laurie's xrays to Dr. Kiser's exam to Beebee's cleaning - everything was warm, efficient and easy. I would recommend this office to anyone. They make going to the dentist enjoyable, something I thought I would never say!
