Dr. William Kirtley was born and raised in Danville, Indiana, and received his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Wabash College in 1983, graduating Cum Laude. He graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1987 and moved to Seymour, Indiana to join the dental practice of Dr. Jerry Cartmel and Dr. Jim Fouts. Following their retirements, Dr. Jason Stuckwisch joined the practice in 2001 and then in 2020 Dr. Kirtleys son, Dr. Connor Kirtley, joined the dental team.

Dr. William Kirtley has long been practicing family dentistry including general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry for adults and children. He has expertise in a variety of practice areas including crowns, implants, veneers, dentures, and more. Dr. Kirtley has a passion for serving the dental needs of this community and has a genuine desire to improve his patients lives. He strives to ensure his patients are comfortable during any and all procedures and continues to stay ahead of all the latest advancements in dentistry to provide his patients with the best quality of care in the field.

Dr. Kirtley is quoted as saying, Im a lucky guy! The connections Ive made from living and being active in the community have allowed me to really get to know patients outside the clinic walls. Building these relationships has made serving and caring for my patients so worthwhile. In his spare time, Dr. Kirtley enjoys being outdoors doing yard work, playing golf, and watching any and all athletic events, especially IU! Dr. Kirtley is married to his wife, Laura, and together they have two sons and their rescue dog Shadow!

Dr. Jason Stuckwisch graduated from Brownstown High School and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Indiana State University graduating Cum Laude. In 2001 he graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry and joined the dental practice of Dr. William Kirtley and Dr. Jerry Cartmel (retired).

Dr. Stuckwisch resides in Seymour and is a lifelong resident of Jackson County. He knew he wanted to return to his roots to practice dentistry and is honored to treat those in this community. Dr. Stuckwisch enjoys building relationships with patients and their families by providing patients of all ages with high-quality and comprehensive dental care, which is both comfortable and enjoyable. He has expertise in a variety of practice areas, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. These services include crowns, dentures, veneers, dental implants, and tooth-colored fillings. Dr. Stuckwisch logs many hours of continuing professional education each year to ensure patients receive the most up-to-date dental care. Dr. Connor Kirtley was born and raised in Seymour, IN. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Indiana State University in 2016, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was the recipient of the Hines Memorial Medal. In 2020 he graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry.

Dr. Connor Kirtley joined the practice with his father, Dr. William Kirtley, and Dr. Jason Stuckwisch with a goal to provide high-quality general, cosmetic and restorative dental care. He is committed to helping make you feel as comfortable as possible and using the most gentle and advanced methods during his procedures. Quality dentistry rendered with compassion and care is Dr. Kirtleys highest priority. His ethical standards, along with his value for long-term relationships with patients and their families, make him a trustworthy practitioner.

Dr. Connor Kirtley is honored and humbled to serve the people in his hometown and to provide patients with a positive, well-informed dental experience that allows them to achieve not only a beautiful and healthy smile but to experience the far-reaching benefits oral health has on ones self-confidence and overall quality of life. When Dr. Kirtley is not in the office treating patients you will find him creating recipes in the kitchen. He enjoys cooking, barbequing and entertaining friends and family.

Mandy resides in North Vernon, Indiana. She received both her Dental Assisting degree and then her Dental Hygiene degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Mandy is CPR certified and holds a Dental Radiology License.

Mandy truly has a heart for people. She has a very bubbly personality and always has a smile on her face. Her sense of humor and upbeat nature keep us all laughing daily. Her favorite part about her job is the relationships she has built with her patients over the 27 years of oral hygiene care at our office.

Mandy married her high school sweetheart, Thomas, and together they have two children and one grandson. She claims her four dogs as her children as well! Her hobbies include reading classic literature, Bible study, genealogy, and annoying her co-workers. Her favorite quote by Stan Laurel is: If any of you cry at my funeral I will never speak to you again!

Sandy has had an extensive career in dentistry starting as an expanded function dental assistant working in pediatric dentistry, which includes working at Riley Hospital in Indianapolis. After completion of her dental hygiene degree, she has enjoyed working with patients of all ages.

Sandy enjoys cooking, sewing, gardening, and spending time with her four granddaughters. Patients and staff appreciate the sunshine and happy vibe she brings to the office each day. Although sometimes mistaken for twins, Sandy is the sister of Mandy, one of the other hygienists in the office.

Penny was born and raised in Seymour, IN, and is a graduate of Seymour Christian Academy. She graduated from Professional Career Institute in Dental Assisting. She is CPR certified and holds a Dental Radiology License. Penny has been working as a dental assistant at this office for more than 31 years.

Penny and her husband Doug have been married for 32 years. Shes very proud of her two children and the recent addition of her first granddaughter. When not at the dental office she enjoys crafting, camping, fishing, traveling in her jeep, but most of all she loves spending time with family and friends.

Penny is our Mrs. Fix It at the office. If theres something that isnt working she is the go-to gal for help! As the longest standing employee at the office, we rely on her wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Carley was born and raised in Brownstown, Indiana. She graduated from Ivy Tech Dental Assisting Program in 2020. She holds an Expanded Function Dental Assistant License, a Dental Radiology License, and is CPR certified.

Carley is the youngest member of the dental team. The staff and patients appreciate her calm and quiet presence and her ability to make everyone feel comfortable. She is looking forward to a long career in the dental field where she is excited to give every patient a beautiful and healthy smile.

In her spare time, Carley enjoys spending it with her family. She loves to volunteer at her church, attend sporting events, participate in outdoor activities, and of course shop until she drops! She is a lover of all animals and is the proud dog mom to Lulu and her kitty, Shadow!

Whitney was born and raised in Seymour, IN. She recently completed her Expanded Duties Dental Assisting Certification from Dental Office Training by Lynn in Fishers, IN. She also holds a Dental Radiology License.

Whitney and her husband Quenton have two beautiful children, Avri and Weston. You will never catch Whitney without perfectly coiffed hair and makeup, so it should come as no surprise that she is also a licensed cosmetologist.

Whitneys young children take up most of her spare time, but when she does get free time she enjoys dinner dates with her husband and shopping with her family. Her genuine care and concern for people are true assets to our team!

Wendy was born and raised in Seymour, Indiana. She graduated from Seymour High School and furthered her education at Ball State University. She has worked in the dental field since 1992, joining this practice in March of 1995. As Front Office Lead she coordinates and manages the activities of the front office team to ensure professional care and a pleasant experience for our patients. She also handles the billing and insurance demands for the practice.

Depending on the day you may find Wendy in her office or helping patients at the front desk. She has a flair for fashion and youll notice her scrubs are always perfectly pressed and accessorized! Patients and staff alike can always count on her to provide support, including insurance and financial questions.

Wendys husband, Darin, is a teacher and has taught for over 34 years. They have one daughter, Zoey. Wendys hobbies include hiking, shopping, and spending time with friends. She and her husband also enjoy traveling to new restaurants and other local entities.

Cathy began her career as a dental assistant. She now serves as a patient care coordinator. Possessing both skill sets makes her a tremendous asset to our practice. Her focus is on helping each patient get the care they need to achieve supreme oral health.

Outside of the office, Cathy likes to exercise, shop, spend time with her husband and their three sons, and spoil her grandkids! Many of our patients ask Cathy if she and Wendy, our Front Office Lead, are sisters. They are work family, but not biologically related!

Amy loves meeting new people and never meets a stranger. She enjoys conversing and learning new things from patients. When you come into our office she will always welcome you with her bright and happy smile.

Amy and her husband James have two children, Jackson (married to Bri) and Abby. When not at the office she enjoys spending time with her entire family lounging by the pool, shopping, attending concerts and watching her daughter compete in college athletics.

Laura was born and raised in Danville, Indiana, and moved to Seymour in 1988. She received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University School of Business- Indianapolis. She is the employee behind the scenes that takes care of the dental offices bookkeeping and financial data.

Lauras favorite part about her job is working with the staff and doctors who have a passion for improving the dental health of the community. The staff praises her for her party planning of fun and unique team-building events! Laura is married to Dr. William Kirtley and is the mother of Andrew Kirtley JD and Connor Kirtley DDS.
