Through hard work and dedication that dream has become a reality. He practices with passion, integrity, and commitment. His favorite part of being a dentist is helping people lead healthier lives, while getting the chance to connect with them one on one.
Dr Bailey is passionate about his work with sleep apnea patients. He has seen a growing number of patients with sleep issues. This is an important and unmet area of a patients' health that needs to be taken seriously. Dr. Bailey is committed to making a significant impact on patient's overall health by helping them sleep better. Dr. Bailey has lectured on the subject of dental sleep medicine to local dentists, dental school students, and the Dental Hygiene Association.
Dr. Bailey grew up in Elmira, New York, where his enthusiasm for the outdoors began. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, golfing, gardening, and fly-fishing. Dr. Bailey and his beautiful wife, Dawn, have been happily married for over 26 years. Their son, Ian, is graduated from The Ohio State University. Their daughter, Jenna, is a junior at West Virginia University. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and the precious family dog, Hazel. Family vacations at Sanibel Island and the Outer Banks are the perfect locations for pursuing one of his passions, seashell collecting. Recently the family has vacationed at Keuka Lake in New York where Dr. Bailey spent his childhood.
Faye is a dedicated professional who has worked with Dr. Bailey since he opened his practice. She oversees the front office and her goal is to help patients realize the value of their treatment. She feels the best part of her job is developing genuine connections and friendships with them.
Michele is a valued team member with exceptional skills. Her compassion and commitment to her patients is unsurpassed. She takes pride in setting a standard for optimal patient care. Her friendly smile and contagious laugh puts her patients at ease.
Isabella is the newest hygienist to join our team. She is very excited to contribute her skills and positive attitude to our office. Isabella enjoys seeing the progress that her patients make in their oral health.

Dr Bailey is a fabulous dentist. He is the dentist for the entire family. Kirtland Dental works wonders with children. We have been going to Kirtland Dental for years and would not think of going anywhere else. The staff is kid friendly and always takes the time to talk with and educate my children on dental health and practices. They go out of their way to accommodate to our scheduling needs.

Dr Jeffrey Bailey is an excellent very knowledgeable dentist, his staff is very nice and like family to me. The office is well maintained, clean and sterile which is important.

I really like Dr. Bailey's dental practice. He was great with helping me get a dental device for sleep apnea. My only concern is availability of appointment times and dates. He doesn't see patients for evening appointments and he is closed for long weekends, only can get weekend appointment during the winter months and only every other weekend. I was unable to get a 6 month follow up from the day I was seen. Have to wait one more month, but with my dental plan I get two cleanings a year, quite upset about appointment availability.
