Dr. Kirchmeier attended Portland State University for his undergraduate course work before graduating from Oregon Health Sciences School of Dentistry in 1997. After graduating he, his wife Cindy and their two children moved to Bend where they owned and operated a dental practice for 10 years. Dr. Kirchmeier and his family relocated to Eugene in 2007.

Dr. Kirchmeiers main passion is his patients. He continually strives to provide the best possible dental care for each and every one of them. From kids dentistry to more advanced procedures like wisdom teeth extractions, he achieves this through continued learning, constant honing of his dental skills and attention to the details. Dr Kirchmeier prides himself on his ability to meet almost every dental need of his patients in his own office.

The great Oregon outdoors is where Dr Kirchmeier likes to spend his time away from the office. While Kirt and Cindys children were growing up they spent most of their free time skiing on Mt Bachelor, Mountain biking around the Cascades, boating on Lake Billy Chinook or camping at Crescent or Diamond Lake. Now that the kids are out on their own Kirt and Cindy have grown very passionate about University of Oregon Athletics. Together they enjoy the wild and crazy atmosphere of a day at Autzen Stadium, the beautiful evenings at PK Park or Hayward field, as well as the beautiful indoor experience of Mathew Knight Arena.

Cindy is a University of Oregon alum with a degree in Biological Anthropology. She has worked in the dental field since 1997 and brings with her a personnel background from previous experience with the U.S. Forest Service.

Cindy feels that the best part about working in the dental field is interacting with patients. She is committed to providing excellent customer service and working together with the entire dental team to create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient who comes through the door.

Cindy feels very fortunate to be surrounded by an exceptional staff that believes in their roles as healthcare providers and recognize the impact of quality dental health on the entire body. Cindy says that the focus on patient care and comfort make coming to work a rewarding experience every day.When not at a University of Oregon sporting event or Eugene Emeralds baseball game, Cindy enjoys working in her yard, hiking, biking and spending time with her family and friends.

Jodeci joined Dr. Kirchmeiers team in August 2020. She began her dental career when she was 16 years old as an Administrative Assitant for another practice in Eugene. Since then, she has learned the ins and outs in the world of dental insurance.

When she is not at the office, Jodeci enjoys spending time with her baby girl, Rhiannon, and her beloved pets. She is a huge advocate for recuse pets and supports the local shelters every year for her birthday. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, camping, kayaking, hunting, and fishing.

Elise has been with Dr. Kirchmeier since August of 2020. She has worked in the dental field for the last three years and is a graduate of the Lane Community College dental hygiene program. She has a passion for dental hygiene and loves to help individuals make their way to a healthier smile! Elise loves to meet new patients and get to know them better while creating a custom treatment plan and oral health education that fits their personal needs.

When outside the operatory, some of Elises hobbies include reading, baking, riding her bike, and taking trips to her hometown on the south coast of Oregon. Family and faith are always number one! She enjoys spending time with her fifteen nieces and nephews as well as other relatives around the area. Most of all, she loves to hang out with her husband and best friend for life, doing whatever.

Jenn started her Dental Assisting career working in the Endodontic field for 10 years before joining Dr. Kirchmeiers practice back in 2018. Jenn knew at a very young age being in the dental field is where she was meant to be. She loves meeting new people and getting to know patients and their families. Jenn prides herself in helping Dr. Kirchmeier give patients the greatest experience possible and is always willing to learn new techniques to improve her skills and work environment.

In her free time, Jenn enjoys spending time with her beloved dog Kenzi, whether its taking a trip to the coast or enjoying a hike together. They are BFFs. She also grew up in the Eugene/Springfield area and knows a lot of people in the community. Jenn is very close with her parents and younger brother and enjoys spending time with her lifelong girlfriends.
