I have neglected my teeth, in part because I am in fear based on past experiences. This office has restored my faith. Extremely professional, immaculate practice, and friendly staff. I have had 3 procedures completed with little to no pain! I am very happy and I highly recommend this office! I couldn't be happier!

I've been with Kirby & Florida Dental Group for so many years now, and I'm so satisfied with their excellent work. The doctors are great and very helpful, the place is very clean and the staff are very helpful. I highly recommend Kirby & Florida Dental Group to those who are looking for good dentists!!

Staff is wonderful. Dentist do great work. They get 3 star because they are not honest and open with their patients. Waited 5 weeks to get a procedure done for dentures. Only to be told that now I must go to another dentist to grind my jaw bone in order to get dentures. They knew this 5 weeks ago and didn't tell me until after they got their surgery done first. Now I must wait for an appointment until November for a consult, then wait for approval then wait for another appointment, and finally healing time. Then I can come back to this place for dentures that needed to be done by September. If not wait until 2027 for the dentures. They have now gave up long term money(dentures) for short term gain. Will see you on the 25th of July for stitches removal. Will see another dentist in 2027 for dentures.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful and feels like you are seeing a friend. The dentist is honest and straight forward. Great chair side manner :) They are an incredible staff, all of them. I highly recommend Kirby Dental

I took my daughter here I was charge 4300 for braces,I trusted this place because of my previous experience with my son getting braces here too.but now I got the surprise of my life where I was told that due to my daughter having small roots,they where not going to be able to align her teeth properly.all the treatment was paid for.they never mention this at the begining,now they said my wife agree and sign the paper.i was the one the sign the contract with them not my wife I was the one that paid the treatment.all the xray they took they didn't see the small roots then where do you draw the line between dishonest and a straight scam.plus the girl in the front desk name Erica does a great job on persuading customers not come back to the establisent and even canceled all my daughter upcoming appointments. Do i have to sue to get justice..

The ladies are very welcoming at the desk. They explain everything thoroughly. They also help out if you have your baby with you (they love babies). Overall, I love the atmosphere here, and the service from the hygiensts, and orthos. I never feel misled, always get done whats needed and they explain everything and listen to you.

I have always been extremely afraid and anxious about going to the dentist, but the dentist and staff here always go above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. They are helping me to get the smile I have always wanted but have been too afraid to get. The confidence I feel when I smile now is PRICELESS! Thanks Doc and Kirby Florida dental team

Called on a Saturday for my 22 yr old son bc he woke up with an abcessed tooth, and they made time in their busy schedule for him. He was in severe pain and his whole face was swollen clear up to his eye. The receptionist who took my call was caring, quick acting and she could easily have brushed me off as is so often the case when a situation like this happens on a weekend. Thank you Dr. Ibrahim

I can't wait to go back! I never thought a dentist would help me with my anxiety. I mean who doesn't get anxious going to the dentist? I told them I was feeling that way and they talked me through it. I've been going to this office for several years and every time I go it's an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this office!!

My Family of 5 goes to Kirby & Florida Dental Group, even my 4 year old! I recommend them to everyone and even if you have fears of the dentist, like I do. Dr. Ibrahim is so gentle and makes us feel at ease. My oldest son is also seen for braces on the weekend which makes it convenient for us. Thank you for always taking care of my family and taking the stress out of it.

This is a really great dentist!!! I have been taking my family for only a year but we love it. We got to choose the same dentist and dental assistant every time we go so my son won't be afraid. They know him by name and the experience is always nice. They communicate things perfectly and do a great job with our teeth. I highly recommend!! Also this is the only place that my son would allow dental work to be done!!

The staff is kind and welcoming. I had a lot of anxiety coming in but during my x-ray, the tech was so nice and I felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Ibrahim is the best. He is so kind and He did a exemplary job on my teeth. Kirby and Florida Dental Group are hidden gem and I totally recommend them

Upon my current visits with Kirby and Florida Dental, I got to say this is my favorite, staff is amazing and the Dr's. Are very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. I highly recommend this office :).

The ladies in the front office are always understanding, so polite and always accommodating, very caring staff. Dr Hashem is THE BEST DENTIST EVER!! He's very compassionate, he truly wants the best for you, he always handles me with care. If you're looking for the best, this place is it. Been going to him for 10 years, all my sisters see him, very professional.
