i don't do many reviews, so pardon if this goes long. i found Dr Lee by accident. i was looking for a close by dentist because i'd lost a crown. when i called, they got me in right away, which really surprised me. the attention to detail that Dr Lee gave to me when she was obviously very busy was unbelievable. due to how well she handled that crown, i went back for more work that was LONG overdue. i had a lifelong fear of going to the dentist, and Dr Lee has managed to alleviate that fear. her attention to detail is astounding. i'm 60, and have never seen a dentist that showed as much care for their work as she does. i would go to the point of saying Dr Lee is a perfectionist. i still keep my eyes closed, and twitch in anticipation of pain(after all it's been decades), but that pain never comes. it's honestly hard to put into words how highly i think of Dr Lee and her work. you can see by her body language, and her facial expressions(what you can see above the mask anyway) the care she puts into her work. she has gotten most of the "behind" work that i'd kept putting off due to previous fears done, and we'll be moving on to the "make my smile look good" part now. the office staff in the office are always VERY professional and polite too. on one of my first visits after the crown, i had to have an infected(because i kept putting it off before i found them) tooth removed. i just about begged her to knock me out for it, but was assured that i would be fine while awake. her assistant that(i think it was rose?) kept a reassuring hand on me the entire time, and that helped a LOT. her hygienist is the same. she goes out of her way to do the most perfect job she can, and has a perfectly warped(in a good way) sense of humor. the ladies that work the counter do the same. Dr Lee has assembled herself a fantastic team. so........if you're looking for the best dentist in south(quite possibly all of) jersey......you need to call Kingston Family Denatl. and yes, i'm a real person. i run an auto shop about 1/4 mile from their office.

This is a special place. I moved nearby and needed a dentist. I took a shot randomly and was blown away. Dr. Lee is obsessed with her craft. She has a ton of experience but remains passionate about the work. Her staff is super friendly and professional, too. I've gone three times and I feel like I've been going there for decades when I walk in. I had several fillings done by my childhood dentist approx 25 years ago when I was in grade school. Never had a cavity since. Dr. Lee noticed that there were new cavities formed beneath / around the existing fillings. She replaced the old fillings and, in the process, realized that the new cavities were deep. Had she not caught them, I would have needed a root canal. I'm so grateful to have found her. I appreciate her holistic approach as well. She's helping me navigate a teeth grinding issue and will likely help me address some bite alignment issues. My wife just went her for her first visit and had a great experience. My kids are scheduled for appointments as well. Can't say enough about this place. I wish I went sooner. Terrible experience. They lied and said my Cigna insurance would cover everything, but turns out they were out of network. Then when the bill came they put the blame on me and said it was my responsibility to check. Spent three and a half hours for a routine cleaning. Then the dentist couldn't even explain the procedure she wanted to do, instead she showed me pictures on her phone of work she had done in the past and kept saying, "you're gonna love it". Definitely a red flag when you have to lie to get clients and can't explain things.

Review Title - 3rd Times The Charm So, the basis of this title is as follows: I have been to 2 other dental places between 2018 and 2019 and in 2021. See below. (I have to attribute the fact that my twin sister is the one who found Dr. Kessey Lee for me.) I've had quite the dental mishaps, the usual cleanings, cavities, crown inserts gone wrong, night guards, etc. (All at the previous dental offices) and might I add sometimes friendly places and people don't always equal exceptional work... Keep that in mind Since Aug of 2021... I've had periodontal cleanings, cavities filled, chipped front teeth being repaired( in the process currently of being fixed), and 2 crowns ( that need to be replaced, also in the works). For the treatment plans, they are diligent when it comes to scheduling and payment options, meaning apple pay, tap your card, CC payments, etc. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome; their office is impeccable when it comes to cleanliness. They follow the CDC protocols... Face mask, hand sanitizer.... etc. When Dr. Lee and her team work with you; they do appreciate you: the client. My front teeth are not cracked anymore. My cavities are filled, and my treatment plans are great. One of the best feelings is having the confidence to have your SMILE. They did that for me.

I am a new patient of Dr. Lee and today I was seen for a consult concerning some cosmetic surgery involving an extraction/implant. Her staff had gone above and beyond with assisting me in retrieving xrays from another dental office, as well as being beyond patient with me as my insurance has recently been updated and I didn't have all the necessary information before making the appointment. Even with these obstacles, I felt very comfortable walking into Dr. Lee's extremely clean and inviting office. Punctual and exuding a warm presence, Dr. Lee's first question to me before I even sat in her chair was if I was in any pain today. This speaks volumes especially to clients whom might have a phobia of dentists overall. I explained I was in some mild discomfort, had an xray taken, and we discussed my options. I am looking forward to having Dr. Lee sort out my failed root canal and feel confident that I have made the best choice possible for my current dental needs. Thanks to Dr. Lee and her amazing staff for helping to alleviate the anxiety I usually experience when having to have my teeth checked out! Highly recommend this institution!!

Another fantastic experience at Kingston Family Dental Center! I have been a patient of Dr. Lee for more than 12 years. Dr. Lee replaced my old fillings with white composite, capped several teeth and performed root canal over the years. I recently completed Invisalign, and am now completely thrilled with my smile! I also have to put in a good word for the fantastic staff - everyone is super professional and efficient. The facility is kept very clean. Five star rating - well deserved!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lee and the whole staff. They somehow made going to the dentist enjoyable and fun for me and my son. He is 20 years old with autism and type one diabetes. He finally is comfortable in a dentist office that understands him and his needs. He is so proud of his dental hygiene and teeth! Priceless. Thank you!!!!

Dr. Lee's cosmetic work is phenomenal. She took her time to make sure the results were perfect. I am so happy with my procedure! She and her staff are very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this practice for cosmetic work as well as general dentistry.

Dr. Lee and all of the girls in her office are amazing. She fixed all of the things I did not like about my teeth and they look better than I even imagined. Everyone there made me feel very comfortable during my visits. Highly, highly recommend going here if you need any sort of dental work.

Dr. Lee is amazing, not only is she a world class dentist, but importantly, she has the vision of an artist. Her staff are professional, engaging and helpful. I went to Dr. Lee for a few issues and she competently and and patiently worked through them all and provided me with a smile I adore. Her work surpassed my expectations. If you hesitate to ask your dentist what you can do to fix your smile, you are seeing the wrong dentist. Please go see Dr. Lee, you will not be disappointed.

Honestly, this is the best dentist and dental center I've ever been to. Highly professional and very kind. They figured out my insurance for me. The cleaning was easy. They made my X-ray experience as calm and smooth as possible, which typically gives me anxiety. Overall, such a good experience.

Have been patient at Kingston over 10 years. Dr Lee and her staff care deeply about the patients' well being and comfort during and post treatments and professional integrity of their practice. Get lots of compliments when I smile:).

Many businesses advertise their business and use the phrase "We treat you like family." Kingston Dental does not advertise this, but I am able to share from my own experiences over the last twelve years, that Dr. Lee and her staff absolutely treat you like family. Dr. Lee's expertise, professionalism, and genuinely caring for her patients simply make her the best! In a time of difficulty with major concerns about covid, Dr. Lee and her staff take the extra steps and precautions to keep you safe. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone in the Delaware Valley that is looking for a new dentist with all of the state of the art procedures and equipment. Kingston Dental truly "treats you like family".

I cannot recommend Kingston Family Cosmetic Dental Center highly enough. I've struggled with anxiety about going to the dentist for YEARS. The entire staff is amazing. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was kind and considerate. She was patient and could tell I was nervous over the phone. They were able to see me the same day I called. The hygienist I saw (Cathy) was SO sweet. She was patient and answered all of my questions and really took special efforts to make sure I was comfortable at all times. Dr. Lee is probably the NICEST dentist I have ever seen. She was friendly and also patient in answering all of my questions. She took the time to ask about some issues with TMJ and gave me a thorough exam. This practice has changed the way I thought about going to the dentist and after 30+ years of being afraid of routine checkups, I no longer hold that fear. Many thanks to Dr. Lee and her entire staff for helping patients feel like family. :)

Dr Lee is an excellent dentist with attention to detail. She is very calm and careful you have no pain during the procedure. The staff is very professional and kind.
