He is eager to learn and keeps himself up-to-date by continuously attending education courses in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry.

I am very disappointed in this dental office. I ordered a mouth guard in mid July. They took my money and never provided what I paid for I had to reach out to them today that they are a closed office, but still taking calls and I asked, we are in Sept when did you plan to call me to let me know if the product came in or not?" It is very wrong to take a customer's hard earned money then never give them what they paid for and who I spoke to today first said it was not in then later said it was then made it seem like she called me. If she did I would have the voicemail. ***UPDATE***I would love to speak privately because I still do not have my mouth guard or the money I paid for it. It is almost October.

Out of the many dentist offices Ive been to nothing compares to King Dental. It feels like im walking into home. What started as scary anxious visits suddenly became to "when are we going again!" A very special thanks to Veronica who helped me overcome this fear and made me feel so comfortable. She made a great impact on me and ill never forget her. I love this dental office .All of the staff are awesome!kind and goes above and beyond . I've been coming here since my daughter was 7 and now is 12 . We live a far distance but still travel here for appointments. Will never switch and hope they stay opened for ever ! I came in today to get a tooth extracted and a deep cleaning . The staff keep checking in me and asking was I ok and if need anything ! Very attentive and caring . The dentist was amazing . Been using him for years also . He was gentle and asked at least every 5 minutes if I was ok and if I had any discomfort. This is my dentist office for life ! Your losing out of you don't come here

This is THE best dentistry I've ever been to in my life. Believe me, I've been to many MANY dentists throughout my life and not ONCE have I ever received the patience and care I've had here. The staff is patient and attentive and they answer your questions before you go. Dr. Patel is such a kind soul, a total blessing to have in this area. He makes eye contact, listens to concerns, and works with you. He knows what he's talking about and what to do to best help you flourish. He's an incredible dentist and all around great person. I appreciate him so much. I haven't been able to have anything hot or cold to eat or drink in over a year and within ONE visit of seeing him I was able to have an iced drink, refrigerated water, and an ice cream cone! I almost cried eating that ice cream. I'm forever thankful to him. Don't let the look of the outside of waiting room sketch you out, this will be the best dental care you'll ever receive. My only issue was my first visit where both waiting room tvs were loud along with loud rap music also playing in the lobby and through the office with TVs playing alongside that in the patient area. Too much loud clashing sounds all around at once. Especially the waiting room lobby but over all it isn't a huge deal. My second appointment was earlier in a morning slot and there wasn't loud music and multiple TVs on. Just 2 tv on in the lobby and no music. Much more relaxing. 5/5 stars, would recommend any and all friends, family & strangers to this place. Thank you so much Dr.Patel for your patience, concern, kindness and soft voice for those who are anxious/nervous. You're a true gem.

I had the opportunity to be serviced by the owner and she reminded me why I haven't changed doctors is almost 10 years!! She has great bed side manners and is very personable. She managed to hire another doctor just like her...he's amazing as well. Thank you for serving is well.

I used to go to Kings Dental since 2011 and they were very nice. Dr. Vidya and the staff including Betty were very nice. Things changed after one Dr. Patel started there. Looks like he is working on commission. I go to the dentist every 6 months. 6 months ago when I went for the cleaning he did it very badly. My wife and kids went there and he told them that all they need is deep cleaning even when they go there regularly. I saw other comments on Yelp and Google saying Patel often forces patients to do deep cleaning. Patels are notorious for their money making tricks. He took my X Rays and showed me that SOME OF my teeths need deep cleaning and NOT ALL the teeths. He then checked the insurance and asked me to pay 150 dollars for deep cleaning. I said I do not have the money and just to perform a REGULAR cleaning and he said he will not do that because I need a deep cleaning. In the past I have referred my friends and relatives to Kings and I have spoken to them and all they are saying about Patels DEEP CLEAN DRAMA. They all go to another dentist located in Sunnyvale with a TREE name. He took my XRays but I called my dental insurance and stopped the claim. This place is HORRIBLE now. Please find another Dentist. If you are a regular patient then you can see that all the former employees left after Patel joined the clinic. Do not spend your time and hardly earn money with Kings Dental.

I have visited Kings Dental at least multiple times since last few years though i live 50 minutes away from the clinic. - Dr. Patel take genuine care of my dental requirements and provides best advise to maintain dental strength. - They never try to up-sale any services which are not required. - I used to visit some other dental clinic in Frisco, and they estimated Out-of-Pocket cost of some cleaning and fillings to around $3k+ after insurance. - When i visited Kings Dental after reference from my friend, Dr. Patel after examining my teeth, did treatment on those which required attention, while early stages of tooth decay were reversed by prescribed toothpaste and mouthwash. Also, my out-of-pocket payment was reduced by multifold. - My insurance provides a dental screening and basic cleaning complementary every six months and Kings Dental honors that blissfully. Highly Recommend Dr. Patel for Dental treatments.

Love this place!!!! Dr Patel is the best dentist I have ever had. All dental assistants and staff are wonderful. They make me feel at home every time. Courteous, patient and good at what they do. I am thankful for finding this place. I was afraid and absolutely petrified of the dentist , Kings Dental has always been my daughters dentist. Love the care they always show her. I was having issues with my dentist so I decided to start coming here and wow!! What a great experience. Anyway I could go on but really just want them to know how much I appreciate them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for over 5 years now. He is extremely compassionate and very honest with his patients. Recently, I had to go see another dentist as Dr. Patel was traveling. It was a horrific experience and I am glad Dr. Patel took me in as soon as he was. He fixed the wrong the other dentist and done and avoided one of my biggest fears- a root canal. It is very rare to find someone who takes the time and fixes your problems properly rather than just trying to make to go through extensive procedures so they can make money. I strongly recommend Dr. Patel to all my friends and family.

I haven't been to the Dentist in years ! My first time here, coming in as a new patient. I've never had such quick and prompt service from what I could remember , it took an hour to be seen when I used to go as a minor. I remember my dentist never spoke in detail to me about caring for my teeth , I got such great information and fast service here. I recommend King's Dental for anyone looking for great care for their teeth!
