Don't go here! My tooth is seriously bothering me and they keep moving my appointment, months into the future. Completely unprofessional!

I strongly recommend that you don't go to this place at all! I had a lot of dental work done ! Crown work and the crowns fell out ! The dentist filled my tooth and mid judge the repair and really I required a root canal now mouth is infected and they refuse to at least correct what they messed up on !

i have been going for years and liked the hygienist very much I was not so happy this past visit. Masks were barely worn, most of the time below the mouth except when working with me. The dentist wife informed me that Covid will be over Nov 4 to which I disagreed. The two at the front desk argued with me. I don' feel politics should be discussed in a professional office

Update: I previously reviewed this dentist 3 years ago. Now, my opinion has changed. I still maintain that the dentist and office staff are kind and make you feel comfortable but...... Like others have said, they began canceling appointments. Sometimes they would call to cancel when I was in the parking lot. One time I just walked in and demanded they treat me. They did. Due to months of rescheduling, it took them months to fix a problem. They kept sending a prescription for pain to the Pharmacy. Eventually, I left the office and am now happier with a new dentist. However, they currently have a crown that was to be placed because they kept rescheduling. When I called to get it done, and left a message, they never responded. Still no crown. Also, billing was a little shady. A day before my procedure, they called me to tell me that it would be almost a thousand dollars more than what was quoted. But, it turns out it didn't matter, they canceled the appointment anyway. They are horrible!

They have canceled twice in a row on me. The first time was a day before the appointment. The second time was two hours before the appointment for a cavity to be filled that has been causing discomfort and had the nerve to ask me to reschedule again. They are considering moving. Just close the practice!! UPDATE: They have moved and are now called White Marsh Smiles.

If you only need a dentist to have your teeth cleaned...they are perfect. All other dental work will be scheduled and canceled the day before or same day. I actually like the staff but the canceling of appointments are terrible and happens EVERY time!

They did an amazing job fixing my 2 broken front teeth after my motorcycle accident. Fair price I paid out of pocket. 3 years later the caps look great. I'm not sure why they have bad reviews because the staff and everyone there were really nice and accommodating. Would recommend all day everyday.

This place is AWFUL!! They submitted a claim on my insurance without completing the work and almost 5 years later they are lying and giving the run around. I keep being given different names on who to speak to in order to have my issue resolved. Just yesterday I called and was told to call back today...well guess what....THEY'RE CLOSED. LIARS AND THIEVES with poor ethic and minimal customer service skills. I regret ever going here!!!

I have been there 4 years for braces and he has canceled more times than being there . I switched to another dentist after giving him a lot of chances .

They are always canceling and rescheduling apts. Sometimes the same day. They need another Dr. to help out or go out of business.

My wife has had a terrible time with them. They have cancelled her appointment 3 times.They will start a procedure take your money and reschedule your future appointments over and over again.
