Had an appointment for a cleaning, Mary called to see if I was going to come. Then she said my wife had an outstanding balance and unless I paid it, they wouldn't see me. I told her it wasn't my debt. She said it was all the same account. I told her to cancel my appointment and I wouldn't be back!

It's all about the upsell, not what the patient wants. All I wanted was to have a bad tooth pulled, but I was told a root canal was needed. Gave me all sorts of excuses for not pulling the tooth, but I wasn't in the market.

Dr Kingry is very nice and takes the time to answer any questions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wait time is very short.

An unprofessional, rude staff with organizational issues. They will make mistakes and blame the customer and get rude over the phone if you question anything. They also have a sign in the lobby asking for positive reviews to combat the numerous negative reviews they receive. Businesses that have their ducks in a row and treat people correctly don't have to ask for reviews. I've had good experiences with the actual dental hygienists and Dr. Kingry, but the administration is just so bad, I have to leave a negative review and unfortunately change dentists.

Not even worth one star!! I will NEVER-EVER in my life use this place again, even if it was the last place on earth!! Money hungry, Unprofessional, Rude, Unorganized office I have ever encountered and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone looking for a dentist office to N0T even consider this place!!

Can't say enough great things about Dr. Kingry and his entire team! I have been visiting this office for years now, and know I am in the best hands! From cleaning visits to serious dental work, there is no one else I would trust. The administrative team is awesome, and I never have to stress over insurance/billing... and I must mention how they are always so accommodating with fitting me in their schedule! Again, I am so thankful for Dr. Kingry and his staff!

The dental care is ok. As several others have said the administrative side is lacking. My wife took our two children in for their cleanings. They are normally 100% covered. My wife had to fill out new paperwork at the visit to include insurance information. At the end of the cleanning the staff tell my wife that will be $155. My wife asked why and they said we no longer have a contract with your insurance company. My wife said that she wasn't going to pay it and she came home to talk to me. I called my insurance company to talk to them and they said that even though they don't have a contract with that dentist anymore they still pay the claim as they would have if there was a contract. So I called the dentist office and they told me they did indeed get paid the same as what they would get if they did have a contract with my insurance company. I told them that doesn't make sense and asked why they didn't tell my wife before treatment was rendered. They said they had a sign posted. Which I can understand but they should've verbally told her because she filled out new paperwork. I asked if they could split the difference with me and the lady at the office told me the office manager would have to call back. It has been over a week and I have not heard from the office Manager. I tried to call during business hours and I get a voicemail message. I think it would've been reasonable for them to tell my wife there will be a charge either at the appointment before treatment or when they called to confirm the appointment. It all seems like they were purposely not making it known in order to collect extra money. I just got a hold of the dentist office and stated the reasons why I felt I should not have been charged $155 and they were unwilling to meet me halfway and said that the bill was due. They didn't even let me talk to the office manager at all and I told him that I would share my experience on all social media platforms. Update again. Officer manager called back and we had a very cordial conversation. She is going to see what she can do. I will keep you updated. May delete the review if it all works out. Final update. The office manager and I talked and she was not able to reduce the bill. As a side note, the gave my son a fluoride treatment though his records said not to. They did refund that portion of my bill. The office manager was nice. I could see her point of view but in the end I think more should be done to verify if insurance is going to cover. Her point was that sometimes the same insurance company will cover things for one person and not another. We are in the military so I would assume there are many military clients and if the coverages changed for one person they would for all the military since we all have the same dentals insurance. It may be that they don't know what is covered but I just think a notification should be sent out or be verbalized when the contract changes for insurance.

I want to be clear up front that I received wonderful dental care from the health provider side of the staff. All of my issues are based on the administration of the clinic. The head of administration could certainly use some people skills and probably more important than that, some empathy. I asked for an accounting of what services had been provided and how much my insurance had covered and was not provided this information for three and a half months. My wife and I were told that all future appointments we had would receive a telephonic reminder. We did not receive a reminder and were told very directly that our responsibility to track appointments and that we must be mistaken because they ALWAYS call ahead of appointments. We were charged regardless. If you want to be considered a valued and needed patient seek your dental needs elsewhere.

Horrible Service they try to charge you for Services that aren't related to you and when you express that you didn't make these charges they threaten you with "it will be sent to collections" but trying to pull this with people are grounds for a lawsuit. I miss Dr Long and his staff

I have been seeing Dr. Kingry for the past 3 years now and have always had a great experience! I schedule my cleanings for my lunch hour and have never had an issue with getting in and out within an hour. Staff always greets you with a smile when coming or going.
