A native Oklahoman, Dr. Danner completed his undergraduate degrees from the University of Oklahoma and the University of Central Oklahoma, where his concentration of study was in psychology and biology. After graduation, Dr. Danner was employed as a research assistant at the Department of Radiological Sciences,the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. It would be the research done during this time that would lead to his published work in the Journal of Cell Physiology. He then completed his education at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where he earned his doctorate in dental surgery (DDS) in 2001.

While in dental school, Dr. Danner served as president of his class and other student organizations. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, Oklahoma County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, has served as Oklahoma Chairman of the New Dentist Committee, board member of Oklahoma County Dental Society, and part-time instructor at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, currently, Cerec Doctors mentor, and Certified Patterson Cerec Basic Trainer.

Dr. Danner received the prestigious award of Oklahoma Young Dentist of the Year in 2003 and was recognized as one of Oklahomas Top Dentists as published in Oklahoma Magazine in 2008. With his background in Research and Education, Dr. Danner continues to spend many hours per year focusing on continuing education that provide his patients with the latest research based treatments that dentistry has to offer as well as mentoring other doctors to provide exceptional research based care for their own patients.

Having graduated from the University of Oklahomas College of Dentistry with her Bachelor of Science degree in 1999, Ashley has been an important part of our dental family since 2001. Practicing chairside with patients was her primary role for many years; however, after having her fourth baby boy a few years ago, she decided to move on to more of a part time position, taking on the responsibility of promoting our practice, organizing meetings, and managing anything she can in order to help out. She loves promoting the practice and says that it is rewarding and exciting to promote something I am passionate about and I am passionate about teeth, smiles and relationships. We have a phenomenal team and it is a joy to promote their good works. Watching this practice transition and grow over the past several years has been exciting and I look forward to what the future holds.

Ashley still practices dental hygiene from time to time and looks forward to doing so more in the years ahead. She continues to stay up to date with new techniques and dental technology, attending above and beyond the required 30 hours of CE every three years. She enjoys learning from others and wants to always be able to implement change because she enjoys it so much!

Ashley and her husband, Dr. Jeffrey Danner, have been married for 21 years. Yes, its true they met while she was a first year Dental Hygiene student and he was a first year Dental Student! They have been blessed with four wonderful boys who are currently ages 19, 16, 11, and 9. Their oldest son is currently attending the University of Oklahoma. When asked if she would try for a girl, she says, No, I think being a boy mom is pretty awesome! When shes not working, Ashley enjoys running, yoga, shopping, and doing nothing if the opportunity arises!!

Lisa joined our office in 2010. She obtained her BS from Marquette University in 1990. When possible, continues to expand on her knowledge and experience through educational courses such as Spear Education. Technology in the dental industry is ever changing, and Lisa is excited that at Kingfisher Dental Designs. When possible, she stays up-to-date with these advancements.

Deborah has been involved in the dental field since the age of 16 and we welcomed her to our team in March of 2011. She obtained her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Rose State College in 1994 and was also the recipient of the Ideal Dental Hygiene award.

Deborah and her husband, Larry, live in Crescent with their son Jeremiah who keeps them busy with sports. The family enjoys spending time together, having cookouts, camping, snow skiing, and to participate in activities at their church, where Larry serves as a youth leader.

Marla is married and has two grown boys who are married and she now has three granddaughters who are the light of her life. The oldest is married and he and his wife are expecting a baby in November. The youngest will graduate from Kingfisher High School this May and start his journey as an adult. With her well-rounded set of skills, Marla helps out with a bit of everything. She coordinates treatments, makes financial arrangements, processes insurance, and assists the dentist and the lab as needed. She has taken an impressive amount of continuing education courses, including classes with Spear Education, the Dawson Academy, and the Dentrix Business of Dentistry. Shes certified in coronal polishing and radiology and has taken numerous courses in CEREC as well.

Marla has been in the dental field since the age of 17 because it allows her to do what she loves most care for others! Meeting new people, building relationships, and seeing the outcome of restored smiles are highlights of her career, and she even enjoys working with numbers.

Emily joined our team in June of 2019. After getting her associates degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in health science she continued her education at the Francis Tuttle dental assisting program where she received her CDA. Along with her CDA she expanded her education in functions in pit and fissure sealants, coronal polishing, topical fluoride, assisting with administration of nitrous oxide, and radiation health and safety. Emily enjoys traveling, kayaking, being with her friends, hunting and fishing, and taking care of our patients here at Kingfisher Dental Designs. She continues to enjoy meeting and making new friends in Kingfisher!

Joni started with our practice in 2021. She graduated dental hygiene school from the University of Oklahoma with her Bachelors Degree. She is married and has two daughters. Joni loves to travel, ride dirt bikes and spend time at the lake. She and her family are very involved with their church. Joni is a delight to have on our team. She takes great care of our patients.

Jamie has been in Dentistry since 2008 and enjoys helping others find confidence in their smiles. She is married and has two grown sons and a dog. In her free time, Jamie enjoys in free time working out, traveling and riding off road vehicles.
