I had a wisdom tooth removal consultation with Dr. King. His staff was welcoming and kind, but he wasn't. When I got to talking with him he made it seem like he had something better to do. I kind of felt like he was in a rush, and I was making him wait for something else that was more important. He was very blunt, he lacked bedside manners, and he didn't seem very interested. I have never had oral surgery before and I was really nervous. He made me feel worse about having surgery. I didn't really want someone that didn't seem interested in me and the work that I needed to be done, putting me to sleep. My mother took me to the appointment because I'm a minor, and when we left I didn't say anything about his attitude because I thought maybe it was just me who felt that way. But as soon as we left his office, she told me about how horrible his attitude was. I do not recommend going to his office. He needs better customer service. I scheduled another wisdom tooth removal with another surgeon and I didn't even need a consultation appointment. This was a big waste of time.

Could not be more disappointed! Complete bate and switch, was quoted a price of $142 if had referral and x-rays. Paid $142 cash and spent 2 minutes with surgeon. I was then quoted a price of $362 in additional charges. I drove an hour to get to the appointment when I could have had the tooth pulled cheaper 5 minutes from home. These people knew exactly what they were doing and I will be taking legal action and contacting The Medical Board and Better Business Bureau.

We couldn't be happier & are so glad we found a good oral surgeon. The staff who made our appointment were very accommodating and professional. From what I saw, his schedule was packed but they squeezed my daughter in anyway. During consultation, everyone in the office was very polite, professional and friendly. The office was clean and very modern. Dr. King was very professional, explained the procedure and how he would treat any potential problems. We left the office very confident with him. He was very kind to my daughter & talked to her about her school and made her comfortable. He gave us options to choose from without trying to sway us toward any particular one. What I liked best was he asked me if I had questions and what my concerns were. We came back 2 months later for my daughter to remove 4 impacted wisdom teeth. To my surprise, Dr. King met with me again and explained everything about the procedure again clearly. The nurse allowed me to watch him put the IV in her vein. I was very nervous until I saw how effortlessly Dr. King put in her IV. He did a superb job. My spouse and I went into a nice waiting room and the procedure was over before we knew it. The nurse said everything went smoothly and gave us clear post-operation instructions. Dr. King personally came out to tell us everything went well. I can't thank Dr. King and his team enough. The first 12 hours after the procedure were difficult but she had painkillers. My daughter kept her 4 incisions clean and never got an infection. Later on she was impatient with the dissolvable stitches and I called to ask that he remove them. It was so easy to make the appointment. We did not have to wait long at the office. Dr. King again gave her options and said she could wait for the stitches to fall out or he could take them out. He removed them for her. Again he was very nice, polite and professional. It has been 3+ weeks now. My spouse and I had all our wisdom teeth removed too, but my daughter's experience was much, much better than ours. I cannot thank Dr. King and his team enough.

Very professional, knowledgeable and quickly resolved concerns /procedure for upcoming appointment. I first brought my child here in 2015 now it's 2022 . Looking forward towards the next procedure . Absolutely the best for teeth removal

Dr. and Staff were very nice. However I have never been to and Oral surgeon that doesn't call in meds the day before a procedure. It took me going to 6 pharmacy's to find one that had then pain meds my child needed after having all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Then to top it off I tried to call them over the weekend as one stitch came out the same day of her procedure and she started running a fever. I never heard back from them over the weekend nor did they call me back on Monday. I had to call them back its all just a little disconcerting. I had 3 different wisdom teeth removals by 2 different Drs. and neither of them did things this way and I would get calls from both of those Drs. over the weekend to check on me. Its fine that he didn't call and check on her but to not call back when a message was left and the patient is running a fever to me is not ok.

Was referred here by my dentist for an implant consultation. Scheduled in July, couldn't be seen for 3 months, but no rush anyway, so had appointment scheduled for yesterday October 18. The front desk attendant was a bit curt but didn't pay that much mind. Our issue arose when she informed me there were no x-rays sent by my dental office (no fault of King Oral Surgery)... but why did you wait until I arrived to fix this issue and the referral email (which was supposed to contain the x-rays) came 3 months ago? Anyway, didn't see the doctor at all after being told I would have to pay $231 out-of-pocket (no mention of insurance) to have x-rays done there, which makes very little sense to pay for a *consultation* as at that point I haven't even committed to using this doctor. Additionally, there wouldn't even be anything to discuss with a surgeon who doesn't take an initial x-ray as it is the basis of a treatment plan itself. Most dental consultations are free and the ones that aren't surely don't cost $231 lol. So, I recommend spending your time and energy searching a better practice instead of dealing with the rude staff/doctor and bad business.

The person who answered the phone to schedule the appointment was so rude and dismissive that I decided not to go there. I told her that my condition seems to be getting worse so I wanted to know if there were any appointments available sooner, to which she said, "you don't have to come here you can go anywhere." They definitely need to invest in some hospitality training. A simple, "we have nothing available currently, but we welcome you to check back periodically to see if anything frees up," would've sufficed. I won't be visiting this office. I'll be taking her advice and going elsewhere.

I like to try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt - as the few stated (especially those giving him a 1 star) he is very arrogant and appeared as if he was bothered by my responses as well. The staff was very pleasant, he on the other hand - I would NEVER return to his office, let alone let him treat me for anything. He didn't even attempt to examine the area of concern. He had me raise my head, turn to the side then said... "oh well, I don't see anything", it's nothing there so don't go chasing a rabbit. When I asked follow-up questions, he was very very very annoyed. It's a I don't plan to return EVER for me.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Dr King was not welcoming at all. I felt like I was interrupting him from doing something more important and like he just wanted me to answer his question and leave so he can continue doing whatever else he was doing. He showed no care, he seem annoyed with me. I did book the appointment and I was a paying for his time. So I expected better customer service. I'm not going back.

The worst experience ever!!!! They don't get back to you! They take your deposit and you don't hear from them again! I have called the office several times to follow-up and I'm always told that I would receive a call back! However, they never follow-up with me, never call me back & make sure they send me a bill in the mail! What exactly am I paying for??? My child was not even serviced! Am I paying for all of my phone calls to the office? I'm so disappointed in the service I received because in order for my daughter to move forward with her braces she needs to have 1 little tooth extracted! Now I have to search for another Oral surgeon!

Dr. King - this guy was short and rude; actually discriminatory. He belittled me about my physical health status with the door wide open before even considering to look at my mouth. After more than 20 minutes of waiting for him, his attitude made me say nevermind and I chose to save myself from further insult before he even got the chance to look in my mouth. This doctor is drunk with power. To insult a 100% military veteran about my veteran health status is unacceptable. Your hippocratic oath states that you should do no harm. Where was your adherence to this oath at today after 2PM good doctor? A never in a lifetime again experience that I wish I hadn't have had to go through. I support our people through and through, but clearly they can get way beside themselves with too much unchecked privilege.

I was extremely nervous to have my wisdom tooth removed. But once the process started I felt at ease by the way Dr. King politely mentored his staff and directed me as he worked. The worst part was getting the injections which his assistant warned me about; and of course the recovery.
