King Dental is a modern, state-of-the-art practice offering Anaheim area patients a full-range of general and cosmetic dental services, from routine check-ups to complete smile makeovers. Dr. Lai practices conservative, proactive dentistry utilizing the latest in dental technology. Your comfort is always a primary concern.
Dr. Hai Lai heads up the dental team at King Dental in Anaheim, CA. He received his undergraduate degree in Biological Science from the University of California, Irvine and continued his education in dentistry at UCLA School of Dentistry, Los Angeles in 2001. During his time in school, Dr. Lai was awarded numerous honors, including graduating Cum Laude and receiving the Outstanding Academic Achievement Scholarship Award. Since adding the Dr. to the front of his name, he has received the appropriate certifications in orthodontics and dental implants to better serve his clients. Dr. Lai takes the time to use his experience and education for the betterment of others as well and regularly provides dental services to low income residents in Orange County, working with the Lestonnac Free Medical and Dental Clinic
It isnt all work and no play with Dr. Hai Lai. When he isnt working to improve King Dental and the services it offers to adults and children, he enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife enjoy family time with their two young children. Dr. Lai also likes to spend some of his free time painting art.
Both his professional qualifications and intense feelings about patient care create a unique environment. Dr. Lai is committed to listening to his clients, educating them in regards to their treatment options, and making the dental environment as soothing and restorative as possible. He is quoted as saying, treat others as you want to be treated. This simple phrase is the keystone to his philosophy for treating clients of all ages.

I am so Glad I found a great Dentist. I had a quick emergency to handle and there were plenty of staff first thing in the morning to accomodate me. Was able to get right in and was acknowledge and seen quickly. Very clean office and staff was friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Lai and the staff took X-Rays and assessed my situation correctly. He was able to take care of the Crown without issue. He is very knowledgeable and felt secure the entire time. Oh and he is a UCLA graduate!

Today is 6/22/2020 I just walked out of this dentist because they wouldn't take my medical coverage i was told by the medical assistant that medical was down and so I asked why wasn't I given a courtesy call to inform me this. Turns out she insisted on taking my work insurance instead I left and got on the phone with medical personnel and was told that the medical assistant had the option of calling and verifying my coverage I was discriminated because I presented only medical as my insurance if u want to visit this place it seems like they dont want you if you dont provide private insurance never coming here again.
