Very unprofessional place of business. I called to make an appointment at 11:45am, no one answered the phone but apparently someone from their staff took my number off caller ID and called immediately right back. The night before my appointment, I received a text message right before midnight, once again, very unprofessional, stating that the hygienist had an "emergency" and to call the office the next morning to reschedule. I called to reschedule and they stated the next available appointment would be next Friday. What an inconvenience! Will NOT be returning!

Wonderful dentist office! Dr. Kindred and his staff were very friendly and supportive. I haven't been to the dentist in a little over two years since the pandemic and currently in need for some additional dental work. I'm usual discouraged about dentist visits but they made me feel at ease with the exams. Dr.Kindred was very informative and helpful to me. I'm happy to call this place my new dental home. Once again, thank you all for the amazing service and hospitality!

Staff is nice and friendly, but their scheduling needs a lot of work. For context, my appointment was scheduled at 10a. After waiting in the lobby for 30 mins, I was escorted to the back to begin my cleaning. The hygienist puts on a movie then walks away to get the dentist. After 15 minutes pass, I noticed not one person had checked on me to provide an update. Around 10:50a I left because I need to get back to work. In 2019, Kindred Dental was efficient and fast. Now, my average wait time in the lobby has been ~30 mins+ and every time it's some "reason" why their running behind. Bottom line: Kindred Dental needs to improve the customer experience. No one should have to wait 30+ minutes when we have scheduled appointments.

This was my first time there and I was referred through my insurance. It was a real homely place, the dental staff was nice and friendly. The receptionist didn't greet me upon arrival because she was on the phone, I had to wait until she got off and there was a lot of loud conversations coming from the back. My appointment was at 10:30 I got seen may 15-20 minutes after. The dental assistant was a woman and very knowledgeable of things I was concerned with, she made me feel at ease and explained what was happening and going to happen then passed it to the Dentist. He was calm and soothing as well. They played good music and operated swiftly.

Very nice people and as bad as my anxiety is with the dentist they work so well with me. I appreciate the kindness and compassionate work from the entire staff! Keep it up!

I'm already sold! Without taking too much time, the Dentist (Dr. Kindred) evaluated my mouth/ teeth, listened to my concerns and addressed everything so effectively that I finally feel like 15 years of hoping to find a dentist who is competent enough and understanding enough to get me on my path to an oral health journey, has come. I'm looking forward to my next visits here. These people seem to know what they're doing!

Yesterday 8/22/22 I went to the dentist appointment as a new patient and was seen a few minutes after arrival. I thought that it was great and things would be smooth but I was wrong. First, Dr Kindred barely heard what I had to say mostly ignored me. Second, while he was doing the procedure he was talking to his assistant not sure about personal life and degrading women. Third, Dr Kindred did a poor job on my teeth. How in the world I walked in the dentist with a minor problem and walked out with a major problem with my teeth. Never going back. Wouldn't recommend.

This is the best dental office I've ever been to! Everyone is so nice and the dentist and the hygienist did a awesome job on my teeth. They where gently , patient and concerned about you experiencing In discomfort. The environment was welcoming and clean. I give them 5plus stars!!!!

Dr. Kindred bed side manners are more than 5 stars. Every time my Dental Vistis with him have been great. And his Staff is very nice as well. Looking forward to my next visit. You the best Dr. Kindred thank you for making my smile beautiful.

Amazing Amazing Amazing office!!! I had a semi breakdown while having my first patient visit and ive never felt more secure in a dental office in my 30 years. They were very welcoming nonjudgmental and very reassuring. They also gave me a detailed treatment plan and what i could expect from my visits. Which ive never really had. This was the best experience I have ever had!! I 100% recommend them to all my friends,family, and whoever else seeking a new dentist office who shows compassion.

I am given 3 stars based on punctuality. I received a same day appt for a broken tooth and cap with abscess. Even with being a new patient I was given a same day appt due to the severity of my teeth so I was very appreciative of that. However I waited 35 mins after my appointment time and wasn't seen because I had to leave to pick up my child.

I've been to 2 appointments so far and am very pleased with the staff. The dental hygienist I've had both times, Desiree, was very informative and sociable. Both dentists there are funny and make you feel comfortable and make sure you know everything you need. Highly recommend.
