Dental Lasers Laser dentistry has come a long way in recent years. There are now different lasers that work best for specific kinds of applications. There are separate lasers for hard or soft tissue, and choosing the right type of laser can be an important part of treatment.

CEREC Computer-Aided Precision CEREC uses computer-aided design and fabrication to custom-make crowns and bridges that fit perfectly and last longer usually in a single visit. No need for temporaries, long waits or multiple trips to our office. CEREC results are beautiful.

I love to restore smiles. I enjoy helping little children overcome their fears and gain confidence in going to the dentist, helping people get out of pain and making a positive difference in peoples lives.

My style is to promote honest, sincere communication and allow patients to fully discuss their concerns and the state of their oral health. I treat patients like members of my own family and I hope to give each patient complete and total care of their teeth and gums.

I have always had a love of health sciences, interacting with people and the mechanical skills involved in dentistry. Dentistry is a rapidly changing field with a tremendous amount of new information emerging all the time.

'The field of dentistry offers me a unique opportunity to help improve people 's health, comfort, self-esteem, and appearance all at once through caring for and treating their oral health needs. I was trained by the nation 's top specialists in the US Air Force and my passions are in art, health, and nutrition. I believe this gives me the best opportunity to be able to positively impact people 's lives through dentistry. One of the most gratifying experiences for me is to help alleviate a person 's pain. When someone visits the office in extreme dental pain, my goal is to help improve their comfort and eliminate their pain before they leave.'

'I work hard to tailor my treatment to each individual patient 's specific needs and wants, in order to provide them the best service that they are seeking. I strive for perfection in every treatment that I render.'

'I have a high ethical standard of care and I treat every case as if I were treating my own family members. One of my favorite aspects of dentistry is helping my patients to overcome their dental anxieties and fears, so that they become more confident and willing to seek care in the future. I often notice a big difference in both my patients ' confidence and their health between the first and last dental visit, which is extremely gratifying for me.'

In the summer of 2008, I joined a volunteer dental service team to Bylakuppe, South India, which had deeply influenced me. We mostly served Tibetan children, to be more specific, refugees that had escaped from China for religious freedom. They were so young in age, but incredibly mature mentally because they had experienced more than adults normally do. By sharing the individual stories of their journey to the land we stood, I could clearly see the perseverance and strong will from their eyes. They risked their life crossing the magnificent Himalayas and tightly secured border for better education and pious religion. Besides dental services and oral health instructions, sports and magic tricks had brought us closer. Its not only our friendship, concern, encouragement, but most importantly, its the love from the children that had made the volunteer service so meaningful and so unforgettable. As I cherish the serving experience, I start to realize that its such a great privilege to help others. At the same time, the more powerful you are, the more people could be possibly benefited by you. Im lucky enough to be a dentist and I should certainly improve my professional knowledge to help others. Like the perseverance of the children, I have worked hard to make progress and strived for better dental skills since then.

It is more blessed to give than to receive. As I constantly visited the international and domestic remote areas for volunteer works, I felt so rich and joyful. It had deepened my determination to help others in need, especially for cleft lips and palate babies. There are many patients with cleft lip and palate but with limited institution providing medical assist. For the patients family or caregiver, its never easy to take good care of them. In order to have a better surgery outcome, I demonstrated the Pre-Surgical Nasal Alveolar Molding (PNAM) appliance. With PNAM device, it is possible to provide better oral care for them and improve quality of life. I also visited schools and nursing homes for dental check-up and oral hygiene instructions regularly. We had a close relationship with the community and the government. I believe by doing this, more shiny teeth could possibly be seen and Im willing to consider it as my lifelong responsibility.

Dentistry gives me the opportunity to change someones life through their smile. Whether a patient is in pain, is uncomfortable with their smile, or simply wants to change the appearance of their teeth, I can help them get out of pain while also building their confidence, and that gives me immense joy.

I believe in putting the needs of my patients first. Every patient is different, and I, as a practitioner, need to take time to listen to their needs and provide them with care that is filled with compassion, integrity, and love.

Drove all the way from Big Sandy for my appointment this morning ( I have been to this location before with the same insurance that I have now). I called them a few days ago to make sure that they still took the insurance, and that I wouldn't have a copay. They said they take the insurance, and no copay. I go to check in and they say they don't take it, and claimed they tried to call me to let me know; they never did. I wasted time, and gas. I understand that sometimes they change insurance that's accepted, but it would have been nice to be informed before driving 40 minutes for nothing. I have a broken tooth that's extremely painful, and now have to find a new dentist.

I love the Dr./Owner she is EXCELLENT. Dr. is the best with my son and the issues he has with anxiety, she is who we have looked for for many years. I would rave on her to anyone but her front office staff is ridiculous, we have been here 3 times in the past 2 months and each time we have waited over 2 hours for our appointment. No one calls to say hey we are running a little late, hey can you come in at a later time nothing! When I ask the office staff how long is the wait, the girl up front is always just sitting texting on her phone. Customer service is EVERYTHING and what makes a business thrive, but her office staff lacks it horribly.

The wait here is way way to long!!! All day most of the time. They are quick to call you back which is good because it makes tou think maybe you'll be able to get in...and get out... but then once you get back there you just sit..and sit...and sit... No one gets in a hurry to get to you... and no one cares how long you are there....

My daughter had a filling out in today. They spoke in what she thought to be Chinese over her the entire they worked on her mouth. She never knew what they were saying or what they were doing to her. She didn't even know they were going to be shooting needles in her mouth and they kept shooting her mouth up with lidocaine and her heart started racing and was feeling dizzy. That's when they begin speaking in a foreign language the entire time they worked on her mouth. She would yell out in pain and they just continued rambling on in their foreign language. This is totally unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could give them a zero I would.

The doctors are amazing but the front desk needs to get there stuff together. When you speak to them they don't listen. I literally just had a tooth extracted and was written a prescription for a narcotic and I asked the front desk woman to fax them and she said that she couldn't because of a narcotic . I say ok and leave and now sitting in front of the pharmacy with a prescription I can't fill because new laws state that you have to send narcos electronically. I call the dental office and they knew it and haven't set up their system yet. So let me get this right you pull a tooth knowing you can't help your clients pain from it? I call back the dental office again and they say to drive around and try different pharmacies. No do your job and quit not only leaving your clients in pain don't make them do your job by running around Tyler and chandler trying to find someone to illegally fill your script!

I've never seen a business work so hard to fail at customer service. Case in point, I've been trying to get an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from my insurance company since November to find out if there where any over payments to the Provider. Of course Kindle Dental hasn't submitted a claim since November, leading one to think there was an over payment. You call the Tyler Office, who in turn directs you to the Longview office and the lunacy begins. At this current time, I'm still waiting for the Office Manager in Longview to return my call! Stay away from Kindle Dental and their questionable business practices.

If I could give this office a ZERO I WOULD!!! My grand daughter had her treatment done & had sedation here and an assistant which I don't think barley knew what she was doing assisted the doctor From what my daughter recalled her names ELIZABETH. The doctor was yelling at her bc she didn't know how to do something... on top of that my daughter had her cleaning done from the hygienist her names Alissa and she was very rough on my daughter. I WLL NOT BE COMING BACK !!

Both of my children had a really bad experience with a dentist there! I really didn't like the bed side manner of the dentist that worked on my children. He was not friendly and he didn't even numb my sons who is 8 before he administered a shot!! True enough he gave him the laughing gas as well as the cup of red juice. It was ok for a short while. The plan was for him to work on one side of his mouth but I guess he felt like he had enough time to do both sides but he didn't use any numbing medicine for the other side, and in my opinion he was too rough. My daughter who is 16 was in the other room. A nurse came to ask me to sign a consent form for her to have the gas since she was complaining about feeling the pain. Something she has never done before. Once it was over and she got in the car she immediately begin to complain about how rough he was and how her jaw hurt. We had been there before with the younger dentist who was a lot friendlier but we will never return again!! I don't not recommend that dental office if it was the last one on earth. !!! I am highly disappointed!!

Best dental experience I've ever had. It was so nice. This is the 2nd time I've came here. I had the young, male doctor, he was so nice, thorough, and very gentle.
