Dental Lasers Laser dentistry has come a long way in recent years. There are now different lasers that work best for specific kinds of applications. There are separate lasers for hard or soft tissue, and choosing the right type of laser can be an important part of treatment.

I love to restore smiles. I enjoy helping little children overcome their fears and gain confidence in going to the dentist, helping people get out of pain and making a positive difference in peoples lives.
My style is to promote honest, sincere communication and allow patients to fully discuss their concerns and the state of their oral health. I treat patients like members of my own family and I hope to give each patient complete and total care of their teeth and gums.
I have always had a love of health sciences, interacting with people and the mechanical skills involved in dentistry. Dentistry is a rapidly changing field with a tremendous amount of new information emerging all the time.
My satisfaction comes from having patients who are happy with the work done and treatment success. My goal is make dental care accessible to everyone and to treat every patient with compassion and my commitment to the service of others.
I hope to give my patients excellent dental education and treatment by offering them a full range of dental services. My own high-quality dental education has enabled me to provide evidence-based treatment in our friendly, professional atmosphere. Most of all, I want to deliver patient satisfaction.
'The field of dentistry offers me a unique opportunity to help improve people 's health, comfort, self-esteem, and appearance all at once through caring for and treating their oral health needs. I was trained by the nation 's top specialists in the US Air Force and my passions are in art, health, and nutrition. I believe this gives me the best opportunity to be able to positively impact people 's lives through dentistry. One of the most gratifying experiences for me is to help alleviate a person 's pain. When someone visits the office in extreme dental pain, my goal is to help improve their comfort and eliminate their pain before they leave.'
'I work hard to tailor my treatment to each individual patient 's specific needs and wants, in order to provide them the best service that they are seeking. I strive for perfection in every treatment that I render.'
'I have a high ethical standard of care and I treat every case as if I were treating my own family members. One of my favorite aspects of dentistry is helping my patients to overcome their dental anxieties and fears, so that they become more confident and willing to seek care in the future. I often notice a big difference in both my patients ' confidence and their health between the first and last dental visit, which is extremely gratifying for me.'

In the summer of 2008, I joined a volunteer dental service team to Bylakuppe, South India, which had deeply influenced me. We mostly served Tibetan children, to be more specific, refugees that had escaped from China for religious freedom. They were so young in age, but incredibly mature mentally because they had experienced more than adults normally do. By sharing the individual stories of their journey to the land we stood, I could clearly see the perseverance and strong will from their eyes. They risked their life crossing the magnificent Himalayas and tightly secured border for better education and pious religion. Besides dental services and oral health instructions, sports and magic tricks had brought us closer. Its not only our friendship, concern, encouragement, but most importantly, its the love from the children that had made the volunteer service so meaningful and so unforgettable. As I cherish the serving experience, I start to realize that its such a great privilege to help others. At the same time, the more powerful you are, the more people could be possibly benefited by you. Im lucky enough to be a dentist and I should certainly improve my professional knowledge to help others. Like the perseverance of the children, I have worked hard to make progress and strived for better dental skills since then.
It is more blessed to give than to receive. As I constantly visited the international and domestic remote areas for volunteer works, I felt so rich and joyful. It had deepened my determination to help others in need, especially for cleft lips and palate babies. There are many patients with cleft lip and palate but with limited institution providing medical assist. For the patients family or caregiver, its never easy to take good care of them. In order to have a better surgery outcome, I demonstrated the Pre-Surgical Nasal Alveolar Molding (PNAM) appliance. With PNAM device, it is possible to provide better oral care for them and improve quality of life. I also visited schools and nursing homes for dental check-up and oral hygiene instructions regularly. We had a close relationship with the community and the government. I believe by doing this, more shiny teeth could possibly be seen and Im willing to consider it as my lifelong responsibility.

Dentistry gives me the opportunity to change someones life through their smile. Whether a patient is in pain, is uncomfortable with their smile, or simply wants to change the appearance of their teeth, I can help them get out of pain while also building their confidence, and that gives me immense joy.
I believe in putting the needs of my patients first. Every patient is different, and I, as a practitioner, need to take time to listen to their needs and provide them with care that is filled with compassion, integrity, and love.
