Dr. Kimberly Kind-Bauer, a lifetime resident of Racine, graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1986. After a general practice residency at Hennepin County Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Dr. Kind established her dental practice on the south side of Racine. She has developed a very successful dental practice and is well-known throughout the community as providing high quality dentistry in a sincere and caring atmosphere. Dr. Kind was awarded her fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1994. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin component of the Academy of General Dentistry as well as at the national level. In addition, Dr. Kind is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, and the Wisconsin Dental Study Club.
Dr. Kind is committed to maintaining her high level of clinical excellence and takes continuing education courses throughout the year. Dr. Kind is a mother of two and has been married to her husband, Joe, for over 35 years. She is very active in her church and also enjoys music, gardening, and equestrian sports. Dr. Kind attributes her success to her supportive family, her wonderful team, and her commitment to the Lord.
Download the nomination form from the website and send the completed form and facial photos to Kind Dentistry, LLC, 4445 Taylor Ave, Racine, WI , 53405. It is best to let the individual know that you would like to nominate him or her for this opportunity. You can then ask the candidate to provide answers to the questions on the nomination form. Once we receive the nominations, we will contact the individuals to expand on their situation and ask a few more detailed questions.
The Racine Dream Team will select several finalists from the nominations received prior to the deadline of December 31st. The finalists will be chosen based on the essay portion of the application, the need for the services being offered, and the feasibility of completing a dramatic dental makeover in a reasonable timeframe. Personal interviews and/or examinations may be requested by Dr. Kind and the Dream Team professionals in order to assist in the selection process.
The recipients of the makeover will be examined and interviewed by Dr. Kind of the Racine Dream Team to determine his/her individual needs and desires for the dental makeover. Based on the interview, our makeover recipients will receive a complete dental examination, necessary x-rays, and restorative and cosmetic dental treatment as Dr. Kind feels is indicated. All dental procedures will be reviewed with the recipient before beginning any treatment. At the end of the makeover period, the recipient will be treated to a glamour session of professional make-up application (for women) and haircut, style, and possible color by a local salon. Photos will be taken to commemorate the transformation! The winners can celebrate his/her new look by dining as a guest at the Charcoal Grill and Rotisserie.
The staff of The Racine Dream Team, are the only people who will have access to the materials that you submit. Dream Team nominations and submissions are kept at the office of Kind Dentistry and will be properly disposed of at the completion of the selection process.
The Racine Dream Team is committed to promoting the image of quality services available in our Racine and Kenosha communities. For this reason, the Racine Dream Team wants to make sure that a Racine or Kenosha resident enjoys the benefits of the Racine Dream Team services, and the products and services of the makeover sponsors.
Materials can be picked up at the office of Kind Dentistry until until three weeks after the contest deadline. After this date all materials will be destroyed. You must show photo ID when picking up materials.
The makeover recipient will have the right to choose to continue services on a fee basis with the Racine Dream Team professionals. The recipient is not obligated to any contracts or services with the Racine Dream Team professionals or any of the makeover sponsors after the completion of the recipient's makeover. The Dream Team professionals will provide instruction and education as to how to maintain the wonderful results that will have been achieved.

When I was searching for a dentist, an acquaintance recommended Dr. Kimberly Kind. Dr. Kind is a graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry and has chosen to establish her practice in her hometown of Racine, Wisconsin. The mission of Kind Dentistry is to provide you with thorough, unhurried, and personalized dental care in an honest and friendly atmosphere. To demonstrate genuine concern for the patient and to show sensitivity to their needs as an individual. To offer careful evaluation, excellent treatment, and consistent follow-up. On my initial visit to Dr. Kind, I was first greeted by her reception staff. The staff's demeanor was pleasant and upbeat. They did an excellent job of explaining how to fill out the patient forms and were able to answer any questions I had. Dr. Kind greeted me with the same demeanor as her staff had. She took the time to listen to my concerns before she began the examination. At the conclusion of the examination, she outlined a dental care plan which was designed specifically for me. The care I have received at Kind Dentistry from Dr. Kind, her assistant, and dental hygienists has been superlative! It has been two years since I began seeing Dr. Kind and I can honestly say she is the BEST dentist in the Racine area!

I am more than happy that I started seeing Dr. Kind. If you hate going to the Dentist this will solve that problem. The Staff is so warm and welcoming. You honestly feel at home. If I could give 10 Stars I would.

So accommodating! The story: what I called "bonding" on the inside of the lower front tooth cracked off. Of course, I didn't want to wait for a supposed two-week appointment. The office called me Mon. and I able to have this appointment with a 3-hour notice. A pleasant experience with Amber assisting Dr. Kind. All is well.
