With native roots in Missouri, Dr. Wilson feels grateful to care for the community she cherishes most. Her passion for healing smiles stems from her intrinsic desire to give others more relational and attentive patient care because shes been in your shoes and strives to be the dentist she wished she had when she was struggling with her own oral health.Originally on the path to all things accounting, economics, and marketing, she switched her college major from business to biology when she discovered her calling in dentistry. Dr. Wilson earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University, and went on to become a Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. Today, Dr. Wilson is thrilled to own a practice where patients feel heard and valued from the second they step into her office. She enjoys meeting new patients, developing true friendships, and creating lifelong smiles for people from all walks of life.Every moment that shes not working, you can find Dr. Wilson soaking up Springfields outdoor gems with her husband and their two children. From the Ozarks to the lakes, they love to hike, swim, fish, travel, and adventure in all of the best ways. Rebecca Alumbaugh joined Kimbrough Dental Associates as an associate dentist in June of 2021. She grew up in Republic, MO, but lived in Kansas City for 12 years where she graduated from UMKC School of Dentistry, before coming back to the area. She is passionate about improving her patients lives by keeping their smiles healthy. In her down time, she enjoys rock climbing, hiking, camping and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband have three dogs who are their fur babies and are spoiled rotten.

Dr. Wilson and her staff are warm and welcoming. Her hygienist Angie did an excellent cleaning (and I needed it!). Dr. Wilson did a thorough evaluation for TMJ and I was able to get Botox for it at that appointment. I would recommend Kimbrough Dental any day!

First time visit was great considering I was miserable in pain. My nurse was so gentle with my xrays!! We got straight to the source and set up a care plan. What a fantastic group of people!! Thank you for "holding my hand" so to speak. I'd totally recommend everyone here and I will for now on. You guys Rock!!

I have been going to Kimbrough Dental for over 15 years. Dr. Wilson took over the practice after the other dentist retired about 3 years ago. I have really been amazed at all the upgrades Dr. Wilson has made since she took over. The entire office has been redone and state of the art equipment has been brought in on everything. I had to have a crown replaced on 9/14 because it was old and I had let some decay get under it. Dr. Wilson got rid of the old crown and decay and had the new crown made the same day in her office while I waited in the relaxation room that has a massage chair, tv, and chilled water while you wait. I used the massage chair the whole time I waited which was not long and had my new crown put on the same day. I was extremely happy with the service that Dr. Wilson and her staff provide and would recommend her to everyone. She really is the best dentist in Springfield right now.

I was in town visiting family and a veneer came off. This office and staff were amazing and got me in quickly and secured it back on. Wished I lived here to have them for my dental provider!

As someone who has developed dental anxiety, the staff at Kimbrough was understanding and made me feel as comfortable as possible during my appointment. Angie and Dr.Wilson were professional and eased my anxiety. I would highly recommend giving them a visit.
