My children love their dentist. It's the hospitality, the open arms and the treatments FOR ME! They always leave with as many stickers, knowledge on teeth along with new goodies and a balloon lol.. She's been my dentist since I was 16 so it was only right I let her do my kids. Ms Kimberly is still the sweetest and do not play about TEETH either. She also have a great team working with her as well. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Since my Great Granddaughter been seeing Dr.Caldwell she's not afraid of going to dentist anymore. Dr.Caldwell is very caring and patient with her clients and explains everything to you.

I love Dr. Cadwell's office, the staff is always so friendly and attentive. They are always very informative after your appointment so you'll understand what nds to be done to properly care your teeth and gum health

I've taken all of my children and foster children to Dr.Caldwell for years. I love her professionalism as well as her staff. Our visits feel as if we are going to spend time with family.

HEY!!!! This is the BEST place in Monroe my children love Mrs. Kimberly and her staff we have been apart of her family for 13 yrs. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

Don't go here unless you plan to be treated differently based off your insurance. No appt. Til July anyway. Don't waste your time.

My son has an extreme fear of the dentist. Dr. Caldwell and her staff put him at ease, and took a lot of time with him, explaining each step and options available. She is very knowledgeable and skilled and I would trust her with any of my children! The staff is friendly and works fast and efficiently.

Unfortunately on this visit the technician was too harsh on Benjamin's gums. He complained immediately how his guns were hurting and very sore. Within an hour I had to give him ibuprofen for the severe pain after teeth cleaning. This was the first time he ever complained about his teeth cleaning. I'm not sure if it was a different technician from the past visit. But on his next teeth cleaning I'm advising that it be done without after effects of severe pain. Ben has never taken ibuprofen from getting his teeth fillings. Therefore he certainly shouldn't be rain pain medicine after a cleaning. Other than this service has been great on all other visits in the past. Mrs. Devall

I love Dr Caldwell,and her staff they're very friendly I wish I've known her before I started my dental work. She explained everything to me so well and helped me understand everything that I didn't know. I'll recommend anyone to Dr.Caldwell and her receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I love Dr. Caldwell and her staff. She is incredibly knowledgeable, very patient with children and does an amazing job! My children have been going to her for 10+ years! I'm so glad I chose Kimberly Caldwell's office for my son's first dentist appointment. Being that he's one, he wasn't the easiest patient. Ms. Caldwell and her staff were patient and friendly despite that. Everyone also seemed so knowledgeable. I am very pleased with their care and service.
