  • We present the best options and educate our patients. We take time to listen to your concerns and preferences in order to develop a treatment plan that meets your needs and desires.
  • Placement of braces is done by our doctor! Placement of braces is the most vital step inorthodontic treatment. Each bracket must be placed with precision in order for treatment to be effective. When braces are placed properly, optimal results are achieved easier and faster. Orthodontic assistants are not trained or licensed to place braces on the teeth.
  • It is our policy not to re-use braces. Braces are intended for a single use; therefore, we never recycle bands or brackets. It is our policy that each patient should be provided with his or herown braces to achieve the best orthodontic result possible. Used braces show the effects of wear and tear, which decreases their effectiveness.
  • We use X-rays to monitor your treatment. During treatment, there are changes that may occur and go unnoticed without an X-ray. Therefore, we take panoramic X-rays before, during, and after treatment to check for signs of root resorption, root and wisdom tooth positioning, and the supporting bone around the teeth.
